Pequeño y colorido albergue juvenil en el pueblo que hará las delicias de los viajeros con poco presupuesto en Bijagua
Este pequeño y colorido albergue juvenil (en realidad es más bien una casa de huéspedes) situado en el pueblo es muy conveniente para quienes tienen un presupuesto limitado. Puedes alojarte en un dormitorio con baño compartido o en una de las cuatro habitaciones dobles con baño privado. El establecimiento es limpio, ordenado, muy agradable y el propietario es adorable... Más económico que esto es imposible... ¡Lástima que este tipo de lugares no existan en todas las ciudades de Costa Rica! También se ofrecen visitas, incluido un paseo nocturno.

Wonderful place to stay, the staff are super kind and helpful. The room was clean and beautifully decorated upon arrival, hot water for showers and the tap water is potable for foreigners! The staff were amazing and helped us with all our needs (local tips on where to explore, birding tips for exactly where to find tody motmot/golden-eared toucanet/etc, questions about town/travel and calling a taxi for us), even accommodating our particular needs to leave early in the morning. Nice kitchen with everything you need. We felt instantly at home! Easy to reach from Liberia by bus, we caught a bus to Upala from the Pulmitan station in Liberia and it let us off 50meters from the hostel! Hostel is walking distance to epic waterfalls, gorgeous swimming holes, canopy walkways, excellent birding/nature watching, restaurants, a brewery, a cajero/ATM, a panaderia and multiple supermarkets. I highly recommend it!

Look no further! I had the most incredible experience at this hostel run by the most welcoming and warm-hearted family. Before COVID, this place was always fully booked!
From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a member of their family, and it made my stay unforgettable. The hostel itself is cozy and charming, with clean and comfortable beds. But what truly sets this place apart is the genuine hospitality and kindness of the family who runs it. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from local tips to delicious homemade breakfast. Staying here felt like a home away from home, and I can't recommend it enough.

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Bijagua! It's super close to all of the activities in the community and the family that runs the establishment is lovely and very friendly!

Bien placé au début de la ville, très calme. Les chambres sont très bien. Le pti dej est incroyable et très copieux.
