Un hotel muy bien situado para descubrir los castillos de Luis II a pie.
Situado al pie de los castillos reales, a pocos pasos del maravilloso lago Alpsee, el Hotel Müller goza de una ubicación fenomenal: a medio camino entre Neuschwanstein y Hohenschwangau. Es un buen lugar para sumergirse en el fascinante mundo de Luis II de Baviera, y un muy buen punto de partida para una excursión de 15 km (recorrido en bucle) a través de Austria (Schluxen) y Füssen (Ziegelwies y las cataratas de Lech). Las habitaciones son cómodas y algunas tienen un balcón con vistas (¡fantástico, por supuesto, cuando está en la ladera de la montaña!).

One of the highlights of the hotel is their made-to-order breakfast, a delicious way to start the day before heading out sightseeing or otherwise enjoying the surroundings.
The rooms were well-maintained and everything from the bed to the bathroom was pristine.
One aspect that really impressed me was the front desk staff. They arranged castle tour tickets for us. Just ask at check in and they will have them for you the next morning.
As for transportation, getting to the castle was easy. Either walk, take the bus, or a horse and carriage ride. Just a heads-up, the horse and carriage only accepts cash. Unfortunately, the hotel's ATM was out of order during our stay, but there was one located close to the ticket booth.
Also, I recommend making the short drive to Füssen. It's a charming spot with little shops, good food, and great views of the mountains.
Pro tip: take a pretzel from breakfast and enjoy it with a view of the castle
