We stayed at VILLA de luxe GRAND BLEU last year. Until today the agency is promoting this wrong: there is no garden that can be used. Also note that the view is not like in the photos - there is a view protection now towards the bay.
What really was unacceptable: mice and mosquitos in the entire house as no proper "insulation". Also note that the pool constuction has not been approved by the local agencies for safety concerns.
The agency did not resolve any of the issues and also did not provide a refund. I strongly recommend not to use this agency and not book this property.

Based on your response I am happy to provide further content - and yes indeed even one year after pur stay you have not updated property information. We have behaved very well towards your staff, we have used and paid the services as we had requested. However I should also mention that it took several weeks for the agency to pay back the deposit made by bank transfer.
We are a clean and professional family, we have travelled a lot. Yes we are aware that mosquitos are common in this region but renting out a house where there is an obvious gap between roof and walls as well as from the bottom it is just impossible to keep mosquitos away (esp. from children)

Description:
-Garden was included in the description, this was not accessible (available). In the meantime removed from the property description
-External shower specified, not available. In the meantime removed from the property description
-Gorgeous view of the bay was given. Photos suggest an unrestricted view from the terrace, meanwhile the railing has been locked and does not correspond to the photos

Service:
-Baby bed was reserved. We had to set it up ourselves and cover it ourselves with a thin, worn out plastic mattress (see photo)
-Baby chair was promised. This was placed in the hallway in its original packaging (unused). We had to assemble this ourselves - of course we had no tools with us to do so.

Furnishing:
-Only two pots in the whole house (the house can be rented for up to 12 people) in addition to a few sticky and really unacceptable pans
-Not a single sharp knife, kitchen peeler, etc.
-no matching dishes. The table could only be set in the fleemarket style, no dessert bowls
-The house was full of mosquitoes. There were no mosquito nets available, even when explicitly asked
-The roof was not airtight: mosquitoes could get into the rooms unhindered between the wall and the roof, when it rained it rained in several places. As we understand roof was only finished 2 days before we arrived.
-Mice ran several times in the kitchen
-2 days of power failure
-The new pool is not approved / approved by the authorities due to the lack of stability of the new foundations which was told to us by the staff

Coup de cœur pour cette agence qui choisis avec soin ses locations, c’est la garantie de réussir ses vacances. Efficacité et amabilité sont les maîtres mots. Je recommande vivement Location Vue Turquoise.

Petit havre de paix, plages, spot de surf, location avec beaucoup de charme, la piscine très agréable, l'accueil de Marion, Léna, Karine sans oublier Julie ???? Nous garderons un magnifique souvenir.
