Enclavado en un gigantesco terreno de 120 hectáreas por el que se puede circular en buggy, Ephelia es el hotel más grande del país, con 313 habitaciones y villas (bien repartidas) y 5 restaurantes. Sobre todo, se ha instalado en un lugar de ensueño, con acceso a dos playas, Lans Trusalo y Port Launay, cada una a un lado de la bahía. Las habitaciones, de materiales nobles, también están llenas de carácter. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, c’era una grandissima selezione di diverse etnie, essendo celiaca, non avrei potuto trovarmi meglio. A colazione c’era una spazio dedicato a pietanze fresche senza glutine e a pranzo/cena era possibile chiedere consigli agli chef o ai camerieri, tutti molto preparati.
Lo staff è stato incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e molto servizievole per l’intera durata del soggiorno. Spero di poter tornare presto perché ci ho lasciato il cuore.
