Hotel, probablemente el mejor de la cadena Cresta en Zimbabue, que ofrece habitaciones espaciosas y una buena relación calidad-precio

Completamente renovado en 2015, este es probablemente el mejor hotel Cresta de Zimbabue. Situado en una zona muy tranquila cerca del centro de la ciudad, cuenta con un gran jardín arbolado, una piscina que invita a relajarse y un centro de negocios. Desde la cafetería conectada hasta el mobiliario de diseño, la decoración le da un aire muy contemporáneo, ¡con una bienvenida zimbabuense! En cuanto a las habitaciones, todas tienen camas king-size y cuartos de baño con ducha/bañera. Un alto nivel a un precio razonable.

From this morning (after reporting it 3 times) - nobody came to fix the safe - cant lock valuables in. Now there are at least 30 mosquitoes in my room - I can't turn without them coming out from everywhere - Reception thinks Im exaggerating and are clearly not interested in assisting - how about offering a different room then if there's no solution! Unless someone went to buy candles or a repellent, I doubt I will get assistance and have a peaceful nights sleep. I understand nature, but surely there must be some measurements in place to control this. Nice balcony, Housekeeping staff this morning were very friendly and helpful and at least Reuben was welcoming and efficient at check-in last night. Price for breakfast does not justify what was available this morning (no service - had to find a clean placemat myself and cutlery). These are only a few of the issues. I normally stay at Cresta in other countries, but this is just disappointing!!!And I still have 2 more nights left - I hope they solve at least the mosquito issue by tomorrow night.

Impeccable rooms,high quality service. Great place for conference and workshop. Even outdoor area is serene. The food is really amazing and not your everyday cuisine,the cook it with a expertise and finesse.
