Il miglior titolo di Vinsanto dell'isola per me lo vincono loro, a mani basse, ne portiamo a casa fieri una bottiglia. A differenza di altre cantine qui è apprezzabile di essere in una vera cantina in un contesto reale,al fresco leggermente sottoterra. La gestione familiare fa capire quanto apprezzino quello che fanno. Mi dispiace solo che gli assaggi siano leggermente miseri in confronto a tutte le altre cantine,ne ho visitate 5 prima di loro,ma il sapore del loro vino riuscite comunque a sentirlo bene senza il minimo dubbio. Tutti vini molto buoni e dalla indiscutibile qualità Poi 25 euro per la degustazione di 6 bicchieri è onesta,consigliato.

Un domaine viticole , de la grappe à la vente.
Nous avons réservé une dégustation dans ce domaine parce qu'il est familial et historique sur l'île.
La culture est biologique et vegan. Situé au milieu des vignes.
De très bon vins, une belle histoire.

Petit bémol sur la durée de la visite. Il y avait plusieurs autres groupes en même temps et les explications et découvertes du vin étaient très courtes et synthétiques. Nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir échanger plus avec le fils de la grande famille de vignerons du domaine qui nous a servi les vins.

Loin d'une coopérative,c'est une petite exploitation qui produit de très bons vins ....
Tout est réuni pour découvrir certains cépages de Santorin !!!

A special winery run by a local family - great tasting wines and an informative tour of this beautiful cave location. Definitely worth a visit and even better if you’re shown around by the family themselves!

Very nice wine tasting. The tour was fun too, we had a funny guide and enjoyed it.
6 wines for 25€ seems reasonable.
2 wines very delicious, the other ones as good as probably an other wine from the region.

We drive 30 minutes to go to Hatzidakis Winery based on the reviews. We arrived 6/23/23 around 1 pm. We didn’t have a reservation and there were two other couples in the tasting room. We started our tasting. The young lady was very informative and very kind to answer questions and tell us about the winery. Within 15 minutes we were the only couple and had her full attention. Then, just before our last sample, our lady walked away, a tour of 14 and a private tour of two arrived. The private guide started taking the couple through the winery immediately. After 20 minutes we went to the desk to request our 6th pour. The gentleman came over, said it was their dessert wine and walked away. After another 20 minutes, the no one returned. When we asked again for assistance, they said we could wait and take a tour with the group of 14. We left after waiting.

Hatzidakis, I am glad your guides have found you. We did not buy any wine for no one returned to our table. You had our $50 Euros… cheers.

6 wijnen geproefd voor €25 met een kaasje en broodje erbij. De wijnen zijn allemaal erg lekker en door het eiland klimaat hebben ze een ziltige afdronk.
Het personeel staat met zijn vieren niks te doen en doet 2,5 uur over een proeverij van 6 glazen a 30ml. Ook werd het eten met plastic folie geserveerd. Dit kan beter
