El NH Murano Villa hace honor a la colección con esta nueva entidad. Ubicado en una antigua fábrica de vidrio, el hotel se extiende a lo largo de su discreta fachada de ladrillo, con vistas al canal. Las habitaciones, de una sola planta, son contemporáneas, cómodas, funcionales, perfectamente insonorizadas y bien equipadas (aire acondicionado, Wi-Fi, TV de pantalla plana, minibar, cafetera espresso, etc.). También dispone de spa, gimnasio, restaurante y bar con terraza.

Room is great, breakfast is amazing, but the staff Is what makes this place special...excellent service throughout.
Special mention to Mr. Matteo from the front desk and Mr. Gianmarco from the bar for going the extra mile.
Only small complaint would be with the restaurant...food was good...but portions very small...if you want to go down the gourmet way then have antipasto, primo, secondo etc...for some reason there is only primo and main...(tiramisu is made of win though).
Another small complaint would be to treat smokers better...raining all the time and there is no space covered that allows you to smoke whilst sitting...had to sit on the floor which is not nice...
Small things that do not take from the overall experience...definitely a 5 out of 5.
Ps. We don't carry cash and wanted to leave a tip, via card, but couldn't...you need to short this out...it is 2024...ppl don't carry cash arround anymore.
