During my recent visit to Trattoria Busa alla Torre in Murano, I was shocked to discover additional charges added to my bill without prior notice. When I questioned these extra fees, the staff not only provided dishonest explanations, falsely claiming them to be taxes, but they also resorted to making offensive comments in Italian, assuming I didn't understand the language which I speak fluently.
This blatant attempt to deceive and steal from customers and their disrespectful and offensive behavior are completely unacceptable.
Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to get scammed, as they clearly prioritize deceit and disrespect over customer satisfaction.

Mauvaise idée !
Malgré un cadre agréable, mauvaise idée. Personnel mal-aimable, qui parle trop fort et qui vient perturber la tranquillité de l’endroit.
Morceaux de jambon caoutchouteux dans les soit disant « lasagne » dans lesquelles seules les pâtes respectent la recette de ce plat typique. Escalope milanaise sous forme de côtelettes comparable à un paillasson ou encore à une semelle de chaussures. Tout ça pour un pris exorbitant. Magnifique attrape touristes digne de ce nom.

Une véritable escroquerie ! Service traînant, escalope milanaise qui n'en a que le nom: panure à l'huile immonde... Vin rosé immonde. Fuyez !

Nous avons pris le menu poisson spécial pâques et nous n avons pas été déçu. Tout était très bon et bien servi. Nous vous conseillons les spécialités locales en particulier.

One of the best authentic Italian restaurants in murano, and Venice. ordered cicchette lasagna, and seafood ravioli. all tasted fabulous. Services is exceptional and welcoming. It was one of the best Italian hospitality in terms of food and service.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale all'aperto, in una splendida giornata primaverile. La posizione in pieno centro a Murano, in una piccola piazzetta è il punto di forza. Abbiamo preso dei primi tradizionali, spaghetti al ragù, spaghetti alle vongole, gnocchi al salmone. Tutto buono.

DO NOT order the quattro formaggio ravioli. The pasta tasted like strawberries which clashed with the strong bitter taste of cheese in the sauce. To top it off the pasta was cool and there was a film on top of it. Unfortunately one of the worst meals I have ever had.

Trattoria tipica essenziale e senza inutili orpelli. Cucina tradizionale e piatti genuini. Se c’è la possibilità consiglio di mangiare all’aperto, nella piazzetta. Si sta molto bene. E consiglio poi la frittura di pesce e verdure. Ottima.

Una trattoria eccezionale, i piatti che abbiamo ordinato erano fantastici. Il servizio celere nonostante ci fossero tanti clienti e camerieri tutti molto gentili. Un pranzo indimenticabile . Grazie.

Excellent restaurant mais attention aux prix le menu a moins de 20e se retrouve vite a 35 avec le couvert, l apero, l'eau.
