Amazing stay in Porto. Rooms ready when arrived from Lisbon early. Beautiful upgrade to a gorgeous spacious room. Hotel is stunning like walking into a museum located in the heart of everything. Only draw back is the street is set back from hotel so in rain need to walk to hotel but doormen are quick to pop out with umbrellas. Front desk was amazing with dinner recs and plotting the top sites on a city map. They even organized a tuktuk to take us around. The restaurant was great for lunch. The breakfast was significant but a bit chaotic. My only area for improvement is a fresh eye on breakfast setup and improved espresso machine. That said it an amazing property that I would highly recommend.

We stayed here this past week for my husband's birthday. The hotel is gorgeous and the location was right in the heart of Porto which we loved. Our room was lovely and very comfortable albeit a little small. The breakfast was not as good as other places we have stayed in Portugal and frankly a little disappointing. It was my husband's birthday trip. I had communicated to the hotel a week before we arrived that I would like a happy birthday note placed in the room before we arrived to make it special for him. I re-confirmed with them the day before we arrived, but when we checked-in there was no card and over the course of our 3 night stay there were no other gestures made to make him feel special. I know that its just a small detail, but it's supposedly a 5 star hotel and they weren't able to deliver on one simple request, which was disappointing.

We went all around Portugal over two weeks and out of everywhere we stayed we felt we received the best service here. Everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful.

For example we had an early departure flight and the hotel figured out when we needed to depart, arranged to have a driver pick us up, and had us checked out and ready to leave when we woke up — it was seamless and so helpful.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. The staff are nice and accommodating, the hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful, and even the restaurant is solid. Will be returning.

Perfecta ubicación en Oporto con parking justo enfrente.
El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo con mucho gusto .
Por poner una pega, el desayuno no corresponde a un 5 estrellas, cierto es que no está mal pero es muy muy escaso y la calidad sí pero no.

Un establecimiento histórico, detallista y excelentemente bien situado en el centro de oporto. Es una pequeña joya. Con una ódieles piscina para aliviar los días de calor que merece la pena ser utilizada. Las habitaciones son amplias y decoradas con mucho gusto. El trato del personal es impecable. Es una gran opción para quien desee darse un capricho al estilo de la belle epoque

Had an amazing day at Hospes Infante Sagres Porto! The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff went above and beyond, even leaving us a bottle of champagne as a welcome treat. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay!

The best hotel EVER! The customer service is unmatched. Our room was elegant and comfortable at the same time. The vintage atmosphere was authentic and pristine. We will be back and we will stay here. It was hard to leave a hotel that casters to your needs like no other hotel experience ever. I have been raving about our experience since we left. The dining is Michiellan star ready.

No dia 25.12.2023 tive um jantar de família, onde pelo menos 12 pessoas ficaram doentes. A minha filha de 13 anos teve de ser assistida no Hospital, tomar medicação e soro durante 6 horas. Chegamos à conclusão que só podia ser o peru, que no meu entender não estava bem cozinhado. Foi uma autentica desilusão e uma irresponsabilidade o hotel servir produtos de tão mal qualidade.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel in the heart of Porto.

The building is beautiful and opulent. The staff are warm and welcoming, and it feels like they want to tens to your every need. When we arrived there was a bottle of Douro region sparkling wine, and decadent macarons waiting for us in our room. Breakfast is high end, with local delicacies served. The dinner restaurant and bar are also excellent.

Close to everything you want to see in Porto; very walkable.

We will certainly be back!

¡Hotel decepcionante y no de un 5 estrellas!Si vienes en coche, recuerda que el hotel no tiene aparcamiento y es difícil realizar no sería que 2 minutos de delante del hotel para ir a buscar una persona en la recepción. Después de 1 en hora en la ciudad, a fin hemos encontrado a alguien en el hotel que es… ¡ido a dejar el coche en un aparcamiento de pago!El hotel en sí ciertamente es muy original y decorado con esmero. Pero el servicio es muy medio y las habitaciones increíblemente decepcionantes. Aparte de una ubicación ideal en el centro de Porto, apenas ha gustado estos 2 días al Infante Sagres…
