El Z Hotel, muy chic, ofrece habitaciones cómodas y tradicionales con tapices contemporáneos elegantes. Las suites y las cabañas con vistas al jardín o al mar están muy bien equipadas, decoradas prestando una gran atención a los detalles. El resultado es muy satisfactorio y uno se siente bien en este entorno relajante (aunque se encuentra en pleno corazón del pueblo turístico de Nungwi). Su principal ventaja: una magnífica infinity pool con vistas impresionantes a la magnífica playa de arena blanca de Nungwi. El restaurante Saruche sirve cocina afro-europea en un cuadro romántico, mientras que el confortable bar Cinnamon es ideal para tomar un cóctel acompañado de tapas de cocina fusión asiática a la hora de la puesta de sol.

Z hotel has the reputation of being one of the most beautiful hotels in Nungwi, therefore it attracts a lot of them.
Menu, full of varieties. Could easily spend a week there and keep discovering new dishes.
The room was beautiful, spacious and with a big closet (much needed!)
The housekeeping team comes twice a day: once in the morning and they come back during dinner time to set the room.
The outdoor is just outstanding. View on the beach with a breathtaking sunset. The pool is also great, perfect temperature and amazing view.
3 restaurants at 3 different levels…
You can easily keep yourself busy there with yoga classes, gym and a reading room.

Hakuna matata
The service is so so slow… there must be an issue in the organization: a lot of miscommunication. If you’re starving, please anticipate and order one hour before :)
There seems to be only 3 waiters at any time of the day.
No drinks on the beach / pool before 11 am… even WATER!
For the price we pay, I think the service should be faster.
Luggage’s: when we checked in, we got a nice tour of the hotel. We were expecting for the luggages to be delivered in the meantime in the room, as told, We had to wait for 45 extra minutes.
We are not blaming at all the staff, as they are receiving specific instructions.
The management should review the team’s deployment over the many wonderful services.
