I personally loved the Lodge, it's beautiful, the rooms, the surroundings, it's great.

Big up to Pule for ensuring I reach the airport and that I'm checked in before he left.
Kea Leboga and her colleague at the main entrance made moving around Gaborone very easy (I owe them one)
Botlhole is an amazing receptionist, made my stay easy and fantastic.
The location of the hotel is great but is not so safe due to the proximity to a not so secured section of Gaborone.
Otherwise it's a spectacular hotel with great and fast internet speeds.

The rooms are comfortable with fridges and the food is okay. I asked for a double adaptor as there is ONE round plug in the room - they don't have an adaptor. So I have to choose whether to plug in the fridge or my laptop - great! In the restaurant they bring the bill - it's two parts that are NOT carbonised so I need to fill in the bill twice - great! I'm training at the hotel for the week - there are just a few trees so shade is very scarce - the cars will cook during the day. At least they could erect car shades...!?
This is my first night here - I can't wait to see what other wonderful surprises they have for me...!
(This is an expensive hotel for what you get, or should I say, don't get. Rather stay at the Masa Square, Avani or Grand Palm).

very good hotel in Gaborone, Botswana. I visited in 2015. though it's in a vicinity of the city very calm and quite place. very good, tasty meals and kind service given by the staff is still in my mind. if anybody visiting Botswana and Thinking of staying in the city remember this place its very reasonable prices also.

It's a nice place with good service from the personnel and it is well situated. However, there are some things that can improve:

Rooms can for instance have a proper shower instead of an all in one. There are also no bed lamps if you want to turn on an ambient subtle light in your room so you have to use the main lights which are a bit of a frustration. Lastly, they can improve the taps in the bathrooms, especially the all in one shower and bath's taps - it is hard to determine where hot and cold is and some of my colleages stated that it was completely unfunctional in their rooms.

Booked Cresta for a baby part and a night., rooms were clean, the place was amazing, the food was nice and were had the most beautiful stay.

Terrible experience. There were no towels and no toilet paper, only received it 2:30 hours after I reported and staff are unprofessional. You pay a premium price for a substandard service.

The service they offer is high class like they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met and it's truly humbling. Even the pool is clean and the have a lifeguard on watch. As for the food, I got ta have the pizza and they were delicious. It's just super. Come and enjoy.
