10 out of 10 definitely recommend. My husband and I have had a wonderful experience at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Morgan City. Every staff member I encountered, from the head house keeper Mrs.Maria (who goes above and beyond to ensure you room is perfectly cleaned ) to the front desk were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues.

We visited this hotel for 1 night it was horrific. The room was a total disaster. The hotel had NO lamps or even a phone. There were also NO soap or towels to wash ourselves. there were only two pillows on a king size bed. The bed had no comforter. Curtains were used as a comforter. They also had no continental breakfast as promised. The staff was very nonchalant about the state of the room. They refused to fix any of the issures. This hotel needs to close until they have things together. I asked for a refund.

Don’t stay here. As soon as I checked in I was looking forward to leaving. They didn’t have any soap in the room, and when we asked about it they said they hadn’t received their delivery. Sounds like it’s been an ongoing issue. Room didn’t feel incredibly clean. Wifi was spotty. Free breakfast consisted of dry/old biscuits, bread to make toast, and bagels, but no cream cheese. There were cups of juice. That was something positive. The advertised free breakfast was definitely a neglected aspect of their services. Pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. I wish I would have.

After I read the reviews on Google Maps for Morgan City, and after reading so many negative reviews, I decided to cancel my reservation for this hotel three days ago, and the person said that because I had a reservation after 3:00 p.m. Called. It was 3:10 pm. They had to charge me for one night. I said I didn't agree, and he said okay, no. This is our policy. I said ok I would call the card company and tell them not to go through with the charge. He said if you do that you will be banned from all Quinta hotels in the country and I said okay that's fine because I don't want to stay at your place. Anyway, after I saw how you treated me, he said goodbye. I won’t tell you. I’ll give you negative ten stars for my advice.so sad !Your hotel is in Canada. I gave it a high positive rating. How did you get sick in Morgan City? Come on.

This is one hop above ghetto. Gross discussing broken dirty. But after driving all day we're exhausted and need sleep. Some LaQuinta's are very nice unfortunately this one is ruining that reputation.

Towels were stained looked as if someone wiped there dirty face on the towel and folded and put it nice and neat where it goes. That is just AWFUL!!

The bathroom wall was cracked and the faucet looked like it was held together with bumble gum (very unprofessional look). The cleaning service never emptied my trash, removed dirty towels, nor brought fresh towels. When I reported this at the desk, the clerk checked the log and told me that it was noted that I was asleep. I know this was not true because when I walked downstairs, the cleaning cart was on the second floor a few doors down from my room. The towels were dingy and stained.

This hotel is the most unpleasant I have ever stayed in. It is very dirty, the chairs in the breakfast area are very dirty.
There are no breakfasts, no milk or juices.
The juice machine is off.
I do not recommend it . read the reviews
Bad customer service too.

no hay desayunos,no hay leche ni jugos.
la maquina de jugos esta apagada.
para ser honestos este Hotel es de muy mala calidad.

The rooms are disgusting. I had to clean my own room. House keeping.... what housekeeping. There is always trash pilled up in the hallway.

The customer service is non existent.

Please do you self a favor and choose another hotel.

This hotel is a piece of trash, there adults that work at the front desk that act like kids, they leave site without anyone there and they say complementary breakfast but it’s never any breakfast there when I do have it they warm up the eggs in the microwave Plus, the food utensils are dirty ,washes their own clothing there rather then washing the towels and sheets….I stayed there for 2 months the tv worked off and on plus the picture was going. Let’s not talk about the room horrible from mole on the ceiling in the restroom too the cleanup service, not clean the room and smell horribly…… they want to get paid for a room that is unsanitary the hotel should be shut down. I wouldn’t referred this hotel to a dead people… They try to charge you extra and charge your card without you ever knowing…… Corporate should be ashamed To have this place to be part of there chain…. This should be a Negative star…. Don’t believe the photos that’s on the website…

Dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen. Not just mildew but black mold, whole in wall, tub chipped down to iron, pealing caulk, and the floor at perimeter looked like it had not been mopped in months. If I had seen sooner, I would have left or gone and bought lysol and a scrub brush
Clerk actually said I should have called to change roo.s. 1 was after 11, 2. I was not dressed, 3. Had been told they were sold out. I asked for the franchisee name and address, she refused. Never will I stay at another la quinta

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches in room. Beds hard as ROCK. Paper thin walls, very noisy. Broken shower curtain, no housekeeping service, pitiful “breakfast”.. no milk, no plates, no juice, and barely any food. The little food there was nasty. Poorly trained staff was unprofessional and rude. Takes no responsibility and offers no apologies. Just an all around nasty place.
Needs to be shut down.
