My prerequisites in terms of cleanliness were not met during my stay , do not recommend.

Très satisfait de l'accueil que nous avons reçu, un petit coin de paradis apprécié par toute la famille.

Intérêt majeur....la commission que vous rapporterez à l'agence. Côté service, c'est le minimum et on vous fait vite comprendre qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à beaucoup plus. Contrôle de qualité des villas louées inexistant, certaines d'une saleté qui fait hésiter, désinvolture sans borne, arrogance à peine dissimulée, voire carrément manque de respect du client. Même après des locations répétées. D'autres agences prenant plus à cœur la satisfaction des clients et la qualité des objets loués sont disponibles, sans être pour autant plus chères.
Major interest....the commission you'll generate for the agency. In terms of service, it's bare minimum, and you're quickly made to understand that you shouldn't expect much more. Quality control of rented villas is non-existent, some are profoundly dirty and barely liveable, casualness is unbridled, arrogance is barely concealed, leading to a too obvious lack of respect for the customer. Stayed at Villa Chloe booked through Marla who were excellent in every respect. Very helpful and understanding in matching availability with sensible travel plans. Our second stay at Chloe which was excellent again. Both Marla and Chloe highly recommended.

Deuxième fois que nous passons par Marla pour louer une villa sur St Barth. Nadine et son équipe sont vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponibles et à l’écoute. Une agence à taille humaine qui participe grandement au succès de nos vacances ;-) mille mercis !

I cannot say enough great things about Marla Villas. Nadine and her team really know what hospitality means. We have been working with them for years and they have made all of our stays in St. Bart’s extraordinary. They know their customers and their wants and needs. Nadine knows how to suggest wonderful villas that really suit us. And their concierge services are flawless. We like the fact that Marla is a small, personal agency that knows the local landscape and not a big corporate entity. Highly recommend!

We have been renting a villa through Marla since 2015. Our experience has been nothing but exemplary! We deal directly with the manager of Marla and she has been great with managing the particular villa we stay in, plus she is available to see other villas as well. I'm surprised at some of the bad reviews and talk of substandard items. The villas all have a cleaning person who maybe is not controlled by the villa manager. That would seem to be the problem with the negative reviews I saw. Our manager asks how the cleaning person is doing and we haven't had any complaints. I would rent from Marla before I would rent from any other agency. We have tried several, and we have not had any problems with Marla while we have had extensive problems with some of the other ones. I give it a 2 thumbs up in customer service!
