Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war enttäuschend, wenig Auswahl. Kaffee und Säfte aus dem Automaten. Schmeckt auch so
a feedback on housekeeping - check out time is 11am. at 10am, housekeeping came knocking on my door when i was in the toilet. when no one opened the door after some knocks, my room door was open. shouldn’t the door knocking be done after check out time? or at least coordinated with the reception which room had checked out? it is very abrupt and unprofessional to have someone knocked on my room to see if i’d checked out before the check out time.
bathroom nice and clean(washing stuff provided and a delicious breakfast was included too I recommend this hotel!
Get a 35 bus outside to the centre, Holyrood and the Ocean Terminal also a leisure park 5 minutes walk that has a selection of food options .
The staff were so welcoming when we arrived.
Breakfast was awesome and overall our stay was simply wonderful
