Un amplio y moderno mostrador de madera, paredes de ladrillo rojo y un ambiente muy agradable y festivo: bienvenido a Humboldt Bay Provisions. Las ostras de la bahía del mismo nombre se entregan diariamente en el restaurante, y se sirven crudas o cocidas, con una salsa mignonette a elegir. El restaurante también ofrece una serie de quesos y productos para untar y, sobre todo, una impresionante carta de vinos. Una dirección excelente, en la que sin duda lo pasarás bien.

I decided to drop into Humboldt Bay Provisions, Ammathee and Lucy happened to be in and guided me to some delicious Pacific oysters. Briney, sweet, loaded with Humboldt hot sauce, based on their recommendation for a dude who loves spicy food. And boy they were right. Every slurp was more delicious than the last. And the cherry on top was delightful conversation with a side of local craft beers. These two deserve a raise! Great bar service, oysters, and beer!

Oh gosh! Broiled oysters! Didn't know this was a thing! The taste was sublime. The raw oysters were delicious too..like a kiss from mermaid! The selection of sauces to enhance the experience are amazing. Lucy was an expert shucker and server! The staff are working hard behind the counter so don't forget to tip your shucker!

I recently went here for the first time. Giving 3 stars for just a neutral impression. The interior is probably my favorite aspect about the business. Love the big slab of raw edge wood for the bar counter. They have a limited drink menu and some snacks (from what I remember) . I felt the cheese and cracker plate was on the smaller side and not very exciting for the cost. Had a glass of wine ($10). The service staff was friendly.

Absolutely loved it here. Great tasting oysters paired with an amazing wine selection. I recommend the hot sauce. I will never eat oysters the same again. Ended up staying a while longer to have another glass of wine with cheese and I did not regret it .
