Situado junto a la Newport back Bay, este hotel ofrece una alternativa a los beach resorts. Las 254 habitaciones son de estilo espacial y disponen de balcón, ducha y bañera. También nos gusta la piscina semicubierta y el descubrimiento, y la terraza exterior amueblada con tumbonas. Aunque no esté situado en la orilla del mar, este hotel tiene el mérito de ser central, que quiera ir a Fashion Island para ir de compras o Balboa para comer una frozen banana. El lugar es ideal para observar las aves de la bahía vecina.

The room was great, with a very comfortable bed. The room service employee(s) did a fantastic job cleaning and preparing the room every day. I will not hesitate to come back.

As a lifetime platinum elite member and have stayed 700 nights in Marriott…this hotel is just very average. Rooms need updating. Parking $40?? I get this is OC, but that is excessive. The elite perks are no where to be found. Had to beg for a bottle of water (no lounge) and the water they gave was a tiny bottle. When I asked if I could simply take a large bottle they said it was $7.50. No water in room. Would rather you just raise the room rates and not nickel and dime everything. Unlike many of the Marriott’s and this place needs some management changes.

Hotel needs major updates in rooms. We were put in a room full of dust . Manager inexperienced and did not want to listen .
She did not waive the room fee for us or breakfast . Do not recommend this hotel

Absolutely awful. Miscellaneous charges on the bill were brought to the attention of the staff, the manager, and nothing was done about it. That consumed weeks.

The water bottles next to the coffee maker in the room? Those are not labeled, but they are $14.

Receiving an Amazon package? That’ll cost you $4. ????

No water provided at check-in. Whoops! We ran out...

The Parking is $40/day and you have no choice. The gate was open when I arrived, so I thought it was free and available. It was not, but no one really cares in a place like this.
