The Ruby burger with cheese was delicious. Service was friendly, but they were understaffed which impacted their ability to be attentive. Overall a solid experience though!

Cool January day, bright sun and great day to be on the pier. Service was very helpful, attentive and timely,(better than 80% of the restaurants I've been to lately). Had burgers and they were quite good. Price was fair. A nice time was had by all.

After a nice early morning walk on the pier. This is the perfect place to stop for breakfast and hot coffee.

Great burgers and fries at the end of the pier. The shakes are really good, too. Be sure to pay for parking as the lots is monitored.

Employee repeated order back to us twice correctly but we received the right amount of food but a random assortment of condiments. Took over 20 minutes to receive order, forgot our drink, and put ranch dressing over everything not securing the container completely. Napkin dispenser was empty and employee disappeared for several minutes after giving us our forgotten drink. On top of this, food was greasy yet somehow burgers were still dry and chicken strips were overcooked to the point of possibly chipping a tooth. First and last time trying Ruby's and will stick with In and Out to take family to for an authentic California experience.

Éste Ruby's en particular me gusta porque está adentro al final del muelle me gusta el ambiente.

Lo Único que No me gusta es que antes de subir el puente necesitan ir al baño que se encuentra ahi al comienzo del mismo porque llegando allá a este Ruby's no hay baños.
Para quienes no lo saben es muy difícil especialmente si tienen niños y personas de la tercera edad y necesita urgentemente de un baño.
