Brought back beautiful memories
The place was beautiful, very clean and elegant
Loved it
I have been sending emails, they are not even acknowledging, they don’t bother about the guests.
Rooms are ugly and old and you will hear noise of vehicles all the time in the room.
This hotel ruined my vacation.
Here famous people like James Stewart and Walt Disney had been guests.
Many photos of these visits are hanging in special frames in a gallery.
The hall and lobby alone are overwhelming.
Beautiful ornaments, pictures and lights.
Really a delight to see this.
The furniture is exclusive style.
Everything like in a castle.
The hotel offers a free health club (fitness and pool) and in the rooms are coffee ☕️ machines.
The rooms are luxurious, the beds excellent, only the bathtub ???? had a crack and the wood of the windows was dirty and broken.
We mentioned the crack of the bathroom at the reception desk and the manager was very willing to give us a better room.
We did not accept the offer as it was too late to move and the next morning was our checkout.
When we walked around in the hall there just was a part reserved for a film team.
And at that evening Miss USA and her team were engaged with filming.
For us it was a great experience in this hotel.
這裡是多次奧斯卡晚宴的舉辦地，也是數不清電影及劇集的拍攝地，包括Walt Disney都是座上嘉賓。 年份較近的有Thor -love & thunder , ocean’s eleven.
房間以4星來說當然略顯過時，且略為不清潔。不過健身房跟游泳池設備齊全，這點很棒。
且歷史建物的保存還是十分用心。處處可見維護的用心。地板打蠟是看清潔工跪在地上仔細處理，該說旅館把大多數心力放在公共區域的維持嗎？
酒店經理Leo跟我們解釋。酒店的壁畫及雕塑有分西班牙及意大利兩種風格，分別有兩位藝術家進行修復及仿舊的處理。一切工程均是以低破壞及和諧為主，這樣維護的準則值得我們學習。
另外步行就可以到布羅德以及當代藝術館、天使鐵路還有中央市場，花個一天時間在附近很愜意，要看NBA的湖人球場也在步行範圍內。
當然潘興廣場遊民多，但洛杉磯市中心本就如此，美國多數都市也是這樣，白天時間還是安全的，提高警覺不論在何處都是必需。
基本上還是推薦前來入住，保持著欣賞藝術、體驗歷史以及交通便捷的前提來，對房間多些忍耐就行。
lots of noises and smells rooms are very small even the beds are smaller and the normal beds
We checked in and when we went to our room, immediately backed out because there was already someone staying in that room. Thank goodness the person wasn’t actually in the room at the time. Went back to fix the problem and realized that the guy who had checked us in hadn’t even checked that we needed our breakfast vouchers, so he had to write those up too. Seemed pretty unbothered that someone was in that other room.
The room was fine. The view wasn’t good and the beds weren’t very comfortable. The light from the hallway comes in through the door frame and that was very annoying. There also wasn’t any hot water for a shower the first day. Breakfast was ok. There was a small buffet, but the food was not that great.
Personally, I didn’t feel very safe walking around the location. One street over was really sketchy. Again, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was just the cheapest option for a last minute hotel change.
