A dos kilómetros de Otranto se encuentra este restaurante de lujo situado en una hermosa casa de campo del siglo XIII con unas vistas impresionantes desde la terraza. La masseria está inmersa en la naturaleza, rodeada de prados y olivos, con el mar Adriático como telón de fondo. Su cocina se inspira en recetas y productos locales, con preferencia por el pescado y el marisco. Una de las especialidades que no debe perderse es el linguine di Capo d'Otranto. Un establecimiento de calidad para una escapada rejuvenecedora a un paso de Otranto.

We stayed in early September, received a great welcome from Geramana the manager. Close to Otranto, and you can readily drive across to Gallipoli and down to Santa Maria Di Leuca. We had one of the two level rooms which was very roomy, with the bedding was changed very day and my wife loved the mattress! Breakfast was very good two tables laid out with food to help yourself, loved the melon and the breads. When having a day in by the pool the staff were attentive making sure you had plenty of towels and ready to provide drinks or snacks. We ate in two nights, meals were one choice for each of the 3 courses, but each one was tasty. We loved Otranto, so if we ever plan to come back it will to be here.

A stunning little gem on the outskirts of Otaranto overlooking the coastline. Masseria dei Monaci is ideal for those looking for an idilic relaxing setting, the hotel is set in large secure grounds with ample parking for guests. A five minute drive or 20 minute walk to the centre of Otaranto.
The staff and service they provide professional and courteous at all times, it was amazing to sit relaxing around the quite pool in such beautiful surroundings. The gardens surrounded by olive and palm trees provide several quite cosy corners that you are sure not to be disturbed.
The the rooms are spacious, downstairs a small living area with comfortable furniture. The bedroom a mezzanine area just above, with a large comfortable bed and Tv.
Breakfast is representative of local cuisine and there are options to dine in during the evening.
This place is stunning and provides plenty of space if you are planning a function/wedding.
