Great stay! The front desk was very helpful even when we had to move the dates of our stay. The hotel is great, the food is amazing and staff were really helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

I came here w/ my husband for our baby moon... & we will be back w/ our baby God willing! The service was exceptional, beautiful hotel and location is safe. A huge plus is all the amenities are from the Sofitel Santa Clara hotel! Which is AMAZING, located no more than 3 min away, literally next door.. The breakfast buffet is a MUST. The pool, gym and spa are all very well kept and it was just a great place to relax which is all I wanted to do. Shopping is located literally everywhere inside the wall city, you can definitely negotiate pricing on the streets and little artisan shops. Best sunset location: Cafe Del Mar, must get there EARLY. Dinner: Baruco and Cande! (Try making reservations they get extremely packed)
Overall my stay at Bovedas was beautiful and I will most definitely be back ♥️

Stayed here for a wedding we attended in the area. We were given an upgrade upon arrival. Very nice staff and everything was very clean. I highly recommend a stay here.

Excelente hotel con personal de una ambilidad unica, destaco especialmente a Adris y a Roiser, que nos hicieron que nuestra estadia fuera mas amena y acogedora aun con su calidez. La limpieza, la vista con los atardeceres, desayunos… todo increible!!! Lo recomiendo totalmente!!!

Excelente hotel, las habitaciones son amplias, comodas, limpias, hacen aseo todos los dias, cambian toallas, el personal perfecto, amable, respetosos, definitivamente yo volvere, vale la pena cada peso que se paga.

Bóvedas de Santa Clara es un Boutique con excelente ubicación dentro del centro histórico, es acogedor y cuenta con una vista privilegiada al mar, las habitaciones son súper amplias y cómodas, y se tiene la ventaja de disfrutar de las áreas públicas del Sofitel Legend Santa Clara. Súper recomendado

We were 5 girls and stayed at a very comfortable and beautiful white room with 3 separate beds (2 beds +sofabed), 2 complete bathrooms, ocean view, balcony + the buffet breakfast included at the main hotel (Sofitel Legend Santa Clara) which was top-notch!!! A jewel in the walled city.

First of all I would like to thank all the people working there. They were super! Quick and very efficient in problem solving, always with a smile. At every our. They deserve 5 stars. Location is nice too, at the border of the old city, close to the market, in front of the walls. Great during the day, not the best at night, but quite. The problems come with the structure:
1) they do not have double rooms, so if you reserve a double and you do not want to sleep in the same bed, one person should sleep in a very very uncomfortable sofa. I tried 2 different rooms and in the second they put an extra mattress, but the result was very very bad.
2) warm water, it comes, it goes. No way. If I have to pay European prices for an Hotel in Colombia I want hot water. In 5 different room (I asked) there was the same problem. Unacceptable.

Ótimo hotel! Instalações excelentes , ar condicionado funciona muito bem (muito necessário). Cama ótima, chuveiro muito bom. Pode-se usar toda a estrutura do Sofitel Santa Clara (academia, piscina..) e o café da manhã (muito variado e excelente) também é servido no Sofitel. Uma grande vantagem do hotel é a localização: dentro da cidade amuralhada, a uma distância pequena das principais atrações, mas, ao mesmo tempo, fica fora do agito noturno das ruas.

Estuvimos en una habitación duplex muy comoda, el servicio es muy bueno la pasamos muy bien, se pueden utilizar todos los servicios del hotel santa clara. Como recomendación en el lobby y en primer piso entra mucha agua cuando llueve y se inunda se pone peligroso y resbaloso ese sector. Deberían solucionar este tema antes de que suceda un hecho lamentable.
