This was definitely my favorite campsite in the whole trip. Simply magical. To sleep listening to the sound of the river and frogs. To reach a private magical natural pool just next to your camping ground. It was just us at the pool, amazing. The campsite is also very high quality with private bathrooms and sinks and lightning.

Campingplätze mit jeweils eigener Toilette, Duschraum, Waschraum und überdachtem Platz zum Kochen, Abwaschen…und eigener Feuerstelle. Landschaftlich schön gelegen. Etwas holprige Anfahrt über 6 km auf steiniger schmaler Piste. Viele bettelnde Kinder.

What a beautiful small natural waterfall and simple straight forward campsite for adventure lovers! The natural habitat and beautiful scenery is raw and untouched which is a great attraction for nature loving campers. This place is recommended for nature and adventure lovers, you do not have to see wildlife but come and enjoy the magnificient soft sound of water and birdlife.

Meget god plads, fine faciliteter og god adskillelse.
Lidt dyr.
Fantastisk sted, flod og vandfald med mulighed for at bade.
Meget dårlig adgangsvej og ret lang.
Men med den Landcruiser gik det.

Petit site dont l'accès est payant. La piste d'accès est très bosselée.
Les chutes sont faibles et alimentent un réservoir artificiel qui sert de piscine d'eau douce.

Mitten im Nichts erscheint dieser schöne Platz. Nette Mitarbeiter, ein Naturpool, saubere Sanitäranlagen, Warmwasser wird nach Absprache bereitgestellt. Ein kleines Paradies.

Le lieu est agréable avec piscine « naturelle » au pied d’une cascade, mais campsite difficilement accessible en raison de l’état de la route…
PS : Attention pour ceux qui souhaitent faire un barbecue, ils n’ont pas de grille…

This was definitely our most expensive camp site on our Namibia trip, however that said it is a beautiful settings and was definitely worth a visit. Camp facilites are good. I guess you get what you pay for. The road there is quite rocky, unfortunately it goes throguh a very poor area to get there with lots of people trying to waive you down for money. Also had a few stray dogs at the campsite, but they didn't cause any issues.

The spring was very cool and worth a visit.

The road there extremely bad for a caravan. The facilities is neat, but they still work with donkies and they did not put our fire on like the rest of the campers in the morning. Cost also R330 per person that is expensive as there is no electricity, wifi, grass (even that there is a lot of water), lodge or nothing. I would suggest plant a few extra trees and maybe there own veggies with all that water they have for free.

Die Anreise war abenteuerlich aber gut zu bewältigen. Es hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Zuerst denkt man das dort gar kein Campingplatz sein kann aber nur ein paar Meter Berg ab sind ein paar wunderschöne Plätze versteckt. 2 min vom Wasserfall entfernt. Schön für eine Erfrischung am Abend. Empfang unkompliziert und auf Wunsch auch warmes Wasser in den Duschen.

Ein sehr schöner versteckter kleiner Campingplatz. Die Anfahrt ist ziemlich holprig und abenteuerlich. Zu jedem Platz gehört eine Toilette mit Dusche. Licht gibt es ebenfalls jedoch kein Strom. Ein kleiner Bach schlängelt sich an den Stellplätzen vorbei. Weitet oben gibt es auch einen natürlichen Pool mit Glas klarem Wasser... wunderschön... allerdings darf man sich danach kleine Blutegel von den Füßen pulen.

Geniale Lage am Fluss, sehr nahe zu den Wasserfällen mit super natürlicher Bademöglichkeit.
Jeder Platz mit eigener Dusche/WC und Waschtisch, grosser Schattenbereich

Lovely place to camp, and to swim especially after coming from the koakoveld. They made space for us and we shared a bathroom with another camper but it was great.

Nous sommes passés par ce site en janvier pour voir les chutes (fin de saison sèche). Il est demandé 60$ pour y passer, soit plus que les chutes d'Epupa...
La cascade n'a pas d'intérêt mais une piscine a été aménagée avec l'eau de la rivière. Ca peut valoir le coup pour se rafraîchir.
Sur la route pour y accéder, très nombreux enfants qui proposent des bricoles à vendre aux touristes

Sehr schön gelegene saubere Campsite, Anfahrt mit 4*4 problemlos. Freundliches Personal, und ein anhänglicher Hund der uns auf unserer Wanderung fürsorglich begleitet hat. Tolles Badeerlebnis im Naturpool. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Okay campsite & well maintained. Highlight is the swim in the river, otherwise no special points to mention (e.g. no view).

Ignore the access road and this is a great place to stop.. the camp has dogs that visit and they will melt your heart.

We went here for a day visit. The place is neat and clean. Road there is a bit rough. You will need something with ground clearance.

What a setting ... wow! Pity about the access road that takes almost 30 minutesbto cover 12km, but well worth a visit. It was very warm when we visited and we spent a big part of the morning and most afternoon in the lukewarm pool cooling off.

Lovely place! The natural pool is perfect to get refreshed, and the amenities are all you need for your stay to be comfortable.
