Este elegante hotel de 4 estrellas, rodeado de un hermoso jardín y situado entre la estación y el lago, ocupa un magnífico edificio de principios del siglo XX. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están decoradas en un cálido estilo victoriano, a veces un poco rococó, con pesadas cortinas y espejos ovalados, muy confortables y con encantadores balcones aterrazados. Podrá descansar y relajarse tras sus exploraciones comiendo en una encantadora terraza a la sombra.

We had a wonderful stay at this nice hotel. The situation is perfect (10 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from Ouchy) and we loved this boutique hotel which kept the charme of a classic hotel. We wish to express our thanks to Laetitia at the reception who was very friendly and allowed us to change the date of our stay. We will surely come back!

J avais lu des avis plutôt défavorables ici et sur booking ce qui m’avait réellement fait douter d y prendre une chambre.
Au final, j ai été très satisfait.
J ai eu une chambre exécutive ( j’ai été upgradé du à mon statut sur booking ) , très belle déco, surface assez spacieuse, petit balcon. Pour un séjour romantique ça doit être très sympa !
Cafe et théière à disposition.
Literie ok, dommage qu il n y ait pas différents choix d oreillers.
Pas de smart TV , ça aussi c est dommage car j aurais aimé diffuse du contenu depuis mon ordi.
Parking à disposition très pratique, mais cher ! 20 CHF. Le métro est au pied de l hôtel et une carte de circulation gratuite est fournie à l’arrivée !

Hôtel très calme, chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée, propreté impeccable, métro à 50M, personnel bienveillant. Je recommande.

Superb location but the room was old and smelled of smoke therefore it used to be a smoker room and the linen wallpaper still bear the smell. The walls are a bit thin so I could hear my roomneigbor having a good time and the bed was banging at my wall…

The elevator is quite small, but it's a historic building so it was expected.
Staff are very polite and were keen to offer directions or recommendations, and readily provided free transit passes for tourists from the city.
The location is great as it's just a few minutes from a metro stop, which makes the rest of the city very accessible as well, thanks to Lausanne's excellent public transit system.
Overall, an excellent hotel to spend a romantic escape for two, in one of Europe's finest cities.
