Quartier calme (du moins j'ai très bien dormi)

En plein centre de Lausanne, dans une zone piétonne, proche de la Riponne. Bon accueil, prix correct, partenaire Hôtel Card, grande chambre certaine avec une grande terrasse sur les toits avec une superbe vue sur la ville, la cathédrale, la Tour Bel-Air, le lac et les alpes (chambre 69). Déjeuner buffet complet en salle à manger ou en terrasse.

Emplacement idéal personnel au top magnifique vu sur les toit vue et sur la cathédrale est qualifié pris rien à dire.

He pasado una noche en este hotel y mi experiencia ha sido inmejorable. Tiene una estupenda relación calidad-precio. La mayoría de los hoteles que vi, eran más caros y estaban lejos del centro.

Lo primero, tiene una localización extraordinaria. En todo el centro, con conexiones de metro y tranvía a tan solo 3 - 4 minutos andando. La catedral está a 5 minutos andando. De hecho, desde mi terraza tenía una preciosa vista del casco antiguo, con la catedral como protagonista.

Las habitaciones son de tamaño medio, pero super acogedoras.
Sin lugar a duda, lo mejor del hotel es la gente que trabaja allí y su magnífico trato hacia el cliente. En mi caso, llegue al hotel a las 10 de la mañana, aunque la hora de entrada en teoría era la 1 del mediodía. Pregunte si había alguna zona común donde pudiera sentarme a trabajar y me invitaron a sentarme en el comedor. Nada más sentarme, una señora encantadora me ofreció un café. Cuál fue mi sorpresa, cuando a las 11 de la mañana me dijeron que mi habitación ya estaba lista y podría hacer uso de ella. Además, me prestaron una plancha y una tabla de planchar.

La reserva incluye el desayuno sin ningún coste adicional. Ofrecen una variedad tremenda de cosas para desayunar, era una autentica gozada, nada del típico desayuno cutre. Aquí me voy a extender porque me encantó! Había: croissants, 2 tipos de barras de pan, bollitos, 10 tipos de mermelada (las que probé eran espectaculares), mantequilla de cacahuete, una especia de Nutella suiza, 4 tipos de quesos, un salami entero, zumos varios, naranjas para hacerte tú mismo tu zumo, una máquina para hacer huevos pasados por agua, frutos secos, cereales, patés, mantequilla, muchos tipos de frutas, aceite de oliva, vinagre de Módena, mostaza de la buena, tomates... Por si fuera poco, tienen una terraza extraordinaria para sentarte mientras desayunas.

No busques más, si vas a Lausanne este es tu hotel.

Rooms are ok, beds are nice, and the view from the top floor balconies is beautiful !There is a problem though: the church bells. Spent a night at this hotel on a hot summer day. It was very warm in the room (no AC or fans) and impossible to sleep with closed windows. During my sleepless night I counted five different churches ringing their bells at every full hour, though with some seconds difference in when they started ringing. Some of the church bells also rang at quarter and half an hour. And Sunday morning there was a full on loud bell concert to call for the Sunday mass.....you were warned.

Stayed here two nights !!
1) 10 mins walk from Lausanne train station. Please keep in mind this 10 mins walk is up-hill and highly recommend taking uber or public transportation if you are traveling with luggage. 2 mins walk from Riponne M. Béjart metro station.
2) Plenty of restaurants and cafe near by.
3) No A/C ( I believe majority hotels do not have A/C). We had windows open and it was fine.
4) Good rooftop view
5) Easy check-in and check-out

Small rooms, fits max 3 beds or double bed with one baby bed. great location in the city center. Too crowded during night because of night life around the hotel, so better take upper floors rooms. in summary, it is tiny, a bit expensive, but has a great location and it is super clean.

Super acceuil! D'une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner buffet variety, des pâtes à tartiner et confiture faite maison!!! Oranges et pressoir pour un jus d'orange frais !! Choix de pain et
de fromage de la région. Un buffet exceptionel et une vue de la terrasse magnifique! Le lit était super comfortable, matelas de qualité!
