Con una ubicación ideal frente a la Ópera y a pocos metros del lago, este hotel boutique de 45 habitaciones renovadas ha sabido conservar todo su encanto del siglo XIX con un toque moderno. Todas las habitaciones son espaciosas, están bien equipadas y, sobre todo, tienen camas de un confort que permanecen decoradas durante todo el día. La recepción es francófona y los cuidados son pequeños. Un bonito establecimiento para parejas en busca de un cocón 4 estrellas.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel as a couple. The location could not be better, it is a 1 minute walk to the lake. The room itself was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. The service was great. We will definitely be back.

This newly renovated gem sits in a prime location to walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, Lake Zurich, and the art museum. The staff were attentive from the moment we walked in until we said goodbye. You will love staying here! Each floor is themed for a different country.

Entering my exquisite suite was a captivating experience, thanks to its impeccable design. The bedroom showcased stunning views from two balconies, the bathroom was spot on, and the bed felt like a cloud! The adorable pillow menu added a charming touch. ????

Attention to detail throughout the accommodation was evident. However, to enhance the overall experience, a refinement in restaurant service, especially during breakfast, is recommended, as my order encountered a few mishaps on both days.

Looking forward to visiting again soon! ????

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! We had a reservation but got stuck in Munich due to the snow storm that closed the airport and trains. They denied our refund request. This is not a luxury hotel, luxury hotels are held to a much higher standard than taking advantage of individuals who are in extreme circumstances.
