El restaurante Delmonico del Gault Millau sirve cocina italiana innovadora y reinventada. El ambiente de los años 1920, con sus sillones rojos lacados, no gustará a todos, pero el ambiente es elegante en esta pequeña sala acogedora. Los gastronomías se regalarán con la finura de los platos y los esfuerzos de presentación. La particularidad de este restaurante de gran lujo es seguir siendo asequible a mediodía con un menú muy bien cocinado.

Really enjoyable experience: the team is friendly, fun and great to talk to- the food is simply amazing and you can have a wonderful experiences without a stiff or boring atmosphere. Loved it. Thanks!

Die Atmosphere in diesem Ort ist angenehm und das Personal ist nett. Es hat hier aber keine Weinkarte und das Personal fragt nicht welche Art Weine/Champagner gerne hat. Auch die Auswahl an Essen ist sehr begrenzt. Es wurde nur Wildfleisch oder Lachs angeboten. Keine andere Variante ausser Vegi. Das Essen war sehr kreativ, sehr schon vorbereitet und manchmal gut. Es hatte zu viele Geschmacken im Teller, und deswegen keine Harmonie. Manchmal waren sie zu stark, manchmal zu schwach. Es hat sich nicht gelohnt.

Außerordentlich kompetentes und freundliches Servicepersonal. Küche auf oberstem Niveau, saisonal und regional hochwertige Produkte. Angenehmes Ambiente.
