Sehr schönes Hotel, in mitten von München. Perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Nur die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Auch die Parkplatz Situation ist nicht so gut, man muss im. Conti Park Parkhaus (unter dem Stachus) parken. Man erhält allerdings einen Rabatt vom Hotel. Aber eine Tages Karte kostet dann immer noch 22€.Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Ein Hotel was man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann.

Ich war 2023 und 2024 zu einer besonderen Veranstaltung, der Penshow, hier zu Gast. Die Location gefiel mir sehr gut und das Personal ist sagenhaft freundlich und gut gelaunt gesessen.

Сніданки просто мега-ТОР рівня... все інше печально: номера дуже маленькі, розташування готелю в кримінальному р-н, проте в кроковій доступності залізничний вокзал і станція метро

We had an amazing stay at this great hotel. Perfect location, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here in December 2023. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. Location is good, very close to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Our room was on the first floor directly above the hotel entrance, and we got quite a lot of street noise. Staff were friendly and efficient, overall a very pleasant stay.

basically it is not a 4 star hotel. Double rooms doesnt't have double beds but just single bet put close to another. Very unplesant unteraction with the hotel manager. The other people were ok.

Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Top.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Besonders das frische Obst in großer Auswahl.
Service war nicht so besonders.
Und der Standort ist momentan eine Katastrophe.
Rundherum lauter Baustellen, gesperrte Straßen und Einbahnen.
Aber das sollte ja hoffentlich in absehbarer Zeit besser werden.

Schönes Hotel in nicht so schöner Umgebung, sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr hübsche Zimmer, nur die Betten viel zu weich. Gutes Frühstück, zauberhafter Innenhof. Sehr freundliches Personal.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Alpen Hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The rooms are a great size, breakfast was delicious, and the interior of the hotel is fresh and modern. It was the perfect stay! We hope we can return in the future.

Great hotel, beautiful old building, and even the 1p room was small but very nice. However, the location is a bit dodgy (many shisha lounges and such). I didnt feel comfortable in the evening as a woman alone. Thats the only reason i would book a different hotel next time.

unser stammhotel in münchen...zimmer voll ok, bad sauber, service vom sehr freundlichen personal begeistert uns immer wieder, und wenn's nur um eine tischreservation in einem restaurant geht - obwohl ein gutes restaurant gibt's auch im hotel selbst, da wo morgens das reichhaltige frühstücksbuffet serviert wird, mit allem, was das herz begehrt. kurz gesagt: wir fühlen uns da immer wohl !! ausserdem wäre noch das parkhaus genau gegenüber zu erwähnen, für das es eine preisreduzierung gibt, vom hotel aus, die verkehrsanbindung - stachus im osten, hauptbahnhof im westen - braucht wohl nicht extra erwähnt zu werden. alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen !
UPDATE von 2023: das parkhaus wurde abgerissen, kommt ein neues hin, dauert aber wohl..und seit corona gibt's das restaurant stefans auch nimmer, nur noch morgens das sehr gute frühstück ! sonst alles wie gehabt..

Sehr schönes Hotel mit italienischem Mittagstisch. Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer. Die Lage ist mit Bahnhofsnähe gut, aber man sollte das Hotel in die andere Richtung verlassen, dann ist man schnell am Stacchus

Albergo strategico in posizione centrale.
Comodo alla stazione principale, ai tram, metro e bus.
Camere spaziose e pulite. Buona insonorizzazione.
Personale della reception cordiale e professionale.
Prenotando in anticipo in periodi lontani da feste e fiere, ho ottenuto un prezzo vantaggioso e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
