Super schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft, sehr hell, ruhig, super gastfreundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, sehr praktischer Parkplatz, empfehle ich 100%!

Stayed here twice on our holidays and Viviana made us feel very welcome with our dog. Location is perfect for exploring Treviso and the place is wonderful. We will be sure to come back again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful boutique hotel, and it met all expectations. The negative reviews are absolutely unfounded; my experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were immaculate, and the ambiance was pleasantly warm. A hidden gem that deserves every accolade!

Absolutely disgusted from the attitude of the owner “Matilda”.
She is a really racist individuals and she was constantly abusing us whispering on the ears of the staff members.
After this happened on our checking, all the staff were acting like we were unwanted. I really advise all people wants to book an hotel in Treviso to choose everything except this one.
If no star rating was an options I was definitely choosing that!

MaisonMatilda is a jewel, in the middle of the historic city of Treviso, the „little Venice“. Treviso itself doesn’t have particularly nice hotels, so everytime we stay in ???????????????????????????? it’s MaisonMatilda: nice quiet rooms, excellent breakfasts and above all, Viviana as a most charming, caring manager- we can recommend it wholeheartedly!

I was very disappointed in the attitude of the owner. We booked directly and arrived at the B&B at 11.30 only to be told that the room would not be available until 2.30 , and there was No body there in the B&B. as this is a B&B the owner by law has the obligation to be there 24hrs a day.
Anyway the lady was quite rude on the phone and NOT Professional.
Bad attitude There is no mention of check in times on the website.
No mention on the WhatsApp business number, where actually it says open from 9.00 to 20.00 . If I ran my business like this lady I would be bankrupt. It’s astonishing to think that people like this ruin the reputation of the tourism sector in Treviso with this arrogant attitude. I’m sure the Italian tax authorities would love to investigate the tax status of her business.

The owner made us feel welcome. The breakfast was wonderful sitting outside on the terrace. I would definitely recommend if you are in Treviso!

These are very dishonest people …
They cannot be trusted, they have left a string of unpaid bills, including my own which amounts to thousands of Euro for transportation and travel… absolute no respect for small business people ????????????

Excelente hotel boutique, en trevizo Italia, es para ir a descansar y no esperar lujos innecesarios, lo tiene todo, muy bien arreglado y limpio, y su personal es fantástico, muy amables, y estas a 100 metros de la Catedral de la ciudad, es para viajeros no turistas, trevizo te sorprende con lo que ofrece y es mucho.

Second stay in two years. This time with family and friends for one week. As ever Viviana and her charming staff pulled out all the stops to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Top location and quality accommodation.

Be carefull here. Owner is a terrible woman. Accusing you for destroying things that didnt work before you checked in.

Very central location and super convenient parking. The owners and staff were really helpful and gave me some very nice local tips on where to eat, and what to do in the centre of Treviso.
The croissant and cappuccino at breakfast was excellent.
The rooms are nice although a little simplistic, and the building is beautiful.
I would say it is more of a guest house/b&b as opposed to a boutique hotel, which I really liked. However I think people should be aware that there are periods of the day where the house is unstaffed and it is better to communicate with the owners via WhatsApp.

Mi hanno risposto che ne hanno di due tipi.
A colazione mi sono trovato sul tavolo le due confezioni di The. Coccole e pensieri a cui siamo sempre meno abituati, anche per le modalità con cui vengono offerte.
L'arte del savoir faire e dell'ospitalità, in cui il cliente è un viaggiatore senza tempo, pronto a vivere la migliore delle esperienze.
Ero a Treviso per lavoro, ma Maison Matilda offre la miglior esperienza a chi non ha problemi di Tempo e può godersi le gioie della Maison (casa).
Ottima sistemazione per una famiglia numerosa od un gruppo di amici, che riservano l'intera struttura, potendo usufruire degli spazi comuni insieme per poi ritirarsi nelle proprie camere.
Consigliato solo a chi sa godersi il proprio tempo. Non è adatto per frettolosi viaggiatori abituati alla standardizzazione delle catene alberghiere all'americana.
