The garden and grounds are well- maintained and make for a nice place to take an early morning or late afternoon walk. Unfortunately, the interior of the building is in desperate need of upkeep and repairs. There is no reason a historic location cannot maintain its charm and character while still keeping clean and serviceable for customers. Unfortunately, this location has been unable find that balance and there is far too much deferred maintenance to continue to hold the title of a five-star hotel. The pictures actually look better than the building looks in person. The bedroom furniture which it also supposed to be period is not, and it actually just old poor quality reproductions that aren't in good shape. The bones are there to make this a great hotel again, but a real investment needs to be made to bring things up to par before it's too late. The hotel could command so much more and generate more positive feedback if only they listened to the reviews that have been saying the same thing over the past few years.

Una Villa che dovrebbe essere 5 stelle è vergognosamente senza servizio, nessun comfort, arredamento delle camere da 3 stelle, il bagno poi...credo che nemmeno in un ostello sia così orrendo. Ah ecco, mi ricorda il bagno in ospedale. Oltre alla sporcizia. Non esiste il deposito bagaglio. Al bar non c'è un barman, in ristorante personale incapace. Le scale per andare al primo piano sono un pericolo...ma posso tollerarlo trattandosi di una villa antica. Tutto il resto no, non esiste. Non è da 5 stelle, 3 sono già tante. E io viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per piacere.

Ho visitato Villa Condulmer solo in parte per la partecipazione al Salone Della Media Impresa. Ottima posizione raggiungibile anche tramite autostrada e villa storica con giardino SPLENDIDA
