PUNTA MOLINO ^{* * * * *}

We spent our honeymoon in Ischia, stayed in this nice Hotel and everything was excellent. We loved the service, Ciro picked us up from the ferri, he gave us excellent recommendations and was very generous with his help and kindness.
We had hearty and delicious breakfast, comfortable room, large bathroom and amazing bathrobes. We got around to many places by walking and by moto. They gave us excellent recommendations and treated us like kings. We loved the private beach and pools, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Prima hotel! Super service, heerlijk ontbijt en avondeten (boek half pension!!). Badkamer is gedateerd.

Hate leaving bad Reviews for bussiness da and will always address any issue with stuff before getting to the point of leaving a bad reveiw I was amazed on how unreliable and unresponsive the service was at this location
Especially from a 5 Star rated hotel
Called down to the front desk on 3 different occasions due to Luke warm water in bathroom which was Not going to be suitable for the jacuzzi tub
Sent a technician up who agreed is was not getting warm enough
Said they would contact me, waited patiently as I understand all are busy
Called down again and they said they will send a technician Up who never showed
Waited 1-1/2 hrs
Asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager available
Called again only for them to tell me the water is OK

Unfortunately this is NOT someplace I would recommend as
Paying for a 5 Star hotel with 2-3 Star Service at best

Save your time and money as the value and service is non existent
