Very bad window quality you can hear everything happening in the street from your room plus a very noisy air condition system.
Much more things it will be my last time to come back here again
Definitely, it’s it is not a five star hotel !!!

Not sure how they are a 5 star hotel. No services - not even tea/coffee in room. Very small rooms unless. Indifferent staff.

Bad hotel,The level of hygiene is low .. I think it should only be a 2 star hotel!!!!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. We were moved 4 times in less than 24 hours and the front desk not only yelled at us but other guests (they are not trained well). I think our travel agent received some type of bonus commission for putting us there. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star ratings which appear to not be real.
