Always with the top service.
The quality of service here is unmatched. You get what you pay for. Every single person here is kind and accommodating. They make it easy to stay here and enjoyable. You feel taken care of! The rooms are a visual feast. Upon arriving, we were greeted with champagne and open windows where you could hear gondola conductors singing below. Is there anything better?
Room service was phenomenal and honestly better than plenty of restaurants! Get the tiramisu, you won’t regret it.
I also want to say our gratitude to who was working the front desk on the 5 am morning shift on March 9th—our water taxi to the airport had been accidentally booked at the wrong time and he went above and beyond to help us get back on schedule without every worrying us. Thank you!
