Molto bello... Colazione abbondante di varie cose,molto gentili è disponibili.. posizione top avendo vicino vaie partenze dei vaporetti Venezia e le varie Isole.

The hotel is located at a low traffic area of Venice. The rooms are large and updated. The resturant and breakfast are wonderful. The staff could not be any nicer. The only issue was the wifi didn't work for 3 days that I was there. Not having wifi today is about like not having running water.

Tolle Lage, sehr herzliches und hilfsbereites Personal, hoher Serviceanspruch. Zimmereinrichtung zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber liebevoll gepflegt, alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Sehr schönes Restaurant, Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

DO NOT SUPPORT THESE HEARTLESS PEOPLE. When my stepfather died in July and my 84 year old mother wanted to cancel the two-night reservation 6 weeks ahead(!) of the booking date, they told her it was non-refundable but they would 'do their best' to re-rent the room. My mother had stayed at their place in the past many times but that didn't matter to them. In the end, they said they were only able to 'partially' re-rent the room and refunded less than onethird of the room-price. They also suggested that they keep the money towards a future booking. You should be ashamed of yourself, La Calcina. I wonder how people like you look at yourselves in the mirror.
