Кафе на набережной, разбавленые коктейль принесли, не то, что заявлено в меню и не дали "комплимент-закуски" к коктейлями, пока мы не спросили "Почему,"?

A soli 2 minuti a piedi dal Ponte dell'Accademia questo romantico hotel di Venezia si trova alle Zattere con vista isola della Giudecca.
La location è stupenda.
È dotato di un dehors galleggiante con sedute per pranzi o cene durante la bella stagione.
Le camere sono accoglienti e raffinate. Bagni ristrutturati recentemente con kit di cortesia. Tutto l'hotel presenta un arredamento ricercato. Al mattino viene servita un’ottima colazione a buffet.
Ottimo il ristorante dell’hotel, che offre una cucina deliziosa e anche pizze gourmet, e una raffinata carta dei vini.
Personale gentile che ti accoglie con un drink di benvenuto.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. ????

Ho trascorso due notti in questo hotel e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo, gentilissimi e disponibili , ottimo il servizio della cena , atmosfera elegante e buono il cibo , colazione abbondante . La posizione è ottima leggermente decentrata ma vicinissima ai principali traghetti di collegamento ai siti di maggior interesse. Ottimo veramente

Wir haben am 22.7.22 unsere Hochzeitstafel im Restaurant auf der Terrasse am Wasser.
Die Vorbesprechungen mit dem Hotelmanager waren sehr freundlich und überaus kompetent.
Er hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und sogar Wünsche, die wir garnicht hatten ????????????
Die Hochzeitstorte ist optisch nicht ganz perfekt ausgefallen, dafür hat sie bombastisch geschmeckt.
Wir durften im Innenhof die Torte anschneiden und hatten mit unseren Gästen dadurch einen sehr idyllischen Platz.
Auch wurde für uns die Terrasse am Dach geöffnet und wir konnten wunderschöne Fotos mit toller Aussicht machen.
Das Personal ist ebenso sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ????????

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for five nights. We had dinner there twice and lunch once. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The front desk staff was enormously helpful in providing transportation suggestions, making dinner reservations for the nights we did not eat at the hotel and generally being warm and welcoming. The food was delicious with variety and vegetarian options. I highly recommend.
