There are some sounds every night
I couldn’t sleep well
And the shower was also terrible
The hot water was almost filling up and it was about to outside.
I don’t recommend here
✅優點：
①地點方便，無論去碼頭S. Toma 或是 從機場過來P.le Roma 都只要走路7分鐘；若去火車站則建議搭船。
②提供冷暖氣、蚊香、電視、冰箱、煮水壺
③有自己的浴室、房務每日清理但不會更換床組和毛巾。
④共用的廁所非常乾淨明亮無異味????，每日似乎清潔2次以上。
☑️缺點：
①廁所共用的房間位於3F，樓梯狹窄，有大型行李或每日走到腿痛上下樓會很痛苦????。
②暖氣總電源未開放，還好10月還很熱，開窗即可；冷氣會冷但會發出吵雜運轉聲；非常多蚊子(好像是威尼斯的通病)。
③樓下都是餐廳，晚上會一路吵到凌晨，但，還好每天行程滿檔疲憊無比，食客的交談聲直接轉為白噪音每日好眠????????。
④房間很小，適合單人居住，似日本旅店，走道僅能攤開一咖24吋行李箱。
⑤床墊過軟，共震感非常嚴重。

②雙人床為兩個單人床合併。
Great, it's not very central but it's pretty good, I haven't needed transportation at all.
I had a simple room... in my case the bathroom is shared but I have the shower and bathroom in the room... a curious thing... Everything was very clean, when the first time it smelled like it had just been cleaned, and disinfected. A marvel.
Completely recommended.

estuperndo, no esta muy centro pero esta bastante bien, no he necesitado transporte para nada.
Tuve una habitacion simple... en mi caso se comparte el Bater pero la ducha y el bañó lo tengo en la habitacion... una cosa curiosa... Muy limpio todo, cuando entre la primera vez se olia a recien limpiado, y desinfectado. Una maravilla.
Totalmente recomendable.

Die kleinen Zimmer des Hotels bieten alles was man braucht (wir hatten Nr. 101).
Ein sauberes, quietschfreies und bequemes Doppelbett, eine Klimaanlage und ein sauberes modernes Bad mit Dusche. Handtücher, Duschgel und ein Föhn sind mit im Preis.
Der Empfang von Joanluca war sehr herzlich. Wir waren bzw. sind von Venedig sehr begeistert und diese schöne kleine Hotel können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
- Emplacement très central tout en étant un peu en retrait des quartiers touristiques les moins vivables.
- le personnel est accessible et accueillant
- les chambres sont petites mais relativement confortables pour la taille. Elles sont moins vieillissantes que les photos me laissaient penser. Par contre un WC partagé pour autant de chambres n'est pas confortable, et l'isolation sonore entre les chambres est quasi inexistante, nous avons eu de la chance avec nos voisins mais ça ne sera pas forcément votre cas.
