Hotel un poco antiguo pero muy bien cuidado, para ser de una estrella y estar en el centro de Venecia creo que vale mucho la pena. La relación calidad-precio genial. Fui con una niña pequeña y estábamos en la habitación de abajo con vistas al canal, precioso!
El servicio muy bueno y el desayuno excelente. Lo recomiendo ????

Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Staff accogliente, hotel semplice ma con tutto il necessario.
C’è il bagno in comune, ma era pulito. Camera pulita. Posizione ottima.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations!
I loved the location, only 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 mins from Rialto. In a lovely neighborhood with a few cute restaurants and bars but also much quieter than the crowded central area.
Our room was right on the canal, so typical of Venice! Really lovely!
Everything was spotless, from the common area to our room and bathroom to the breakfast room.
The room was not huge but just the right size for a short stay.
Breakfast was simple but with everything you need, mostly sweet with some savory options.
The owner (or manager) was welcoming and helpful.
Overall, a beautiful stay in Venice - totally recommended!

Un hotel algo antiguo. La recepción y el lugar para desayunar están en un lugar y enfrente, por escalera están las habitaciones. Tenía 2 ventanas con vista al agua, muy lindo. Lo muy muy raro era que la ducha estaba en el medio de la habitación entre mamparas de vidrio opaco. Y al lado la pileta del baño y un espejo. El baño estaba afuera.
El desayuno acotado pero rico.

Absolutely the most lovely place to stay. We enjoyed a short time in Venice and this was a great base to explore from. A polite and accommodating host and perfect breakfasts. We'll be back!

Je recommande cet hôtel, propreté irréprochable, rapport qualité/prix au top. Idéalement situé. J'étais un peu sceptique en regardant les photos cependant les avis parlent d'eux-mêmes et sont le reflet de la réalité. N'hésitez pas.

Небольшой отель. Номера очень простые. Но за такую цену вы ничего не найдёте.!!! Завтрак тоже простой. Варёные яйца, и чай кофе масло, плавленый сыр. Отдельное спасибо Марии которая отлично говорит по русски и во всем пыталась помочь. Рекомендую . Обязательно вернусь.

It's a great hotel, team are so good and the location is amazing, u have to reserve it too early, 7 min a way from bus station, 17 min a way from San Marco include boat ????

Was pleasantly surprised at this place. Clean room with a canal view, great mini breakfast, and even the shared bathroom per floor wasn't bad since you have a sink and hair dryer in your room.

Hôtel sympa bien situé
Hôtel familial situé au fond d'une impasse donnant sur le canal (comme c'est étrange ! :-D)
Chambre confortable, bonne literie, douche dans la chambre.
La salle du petit-déjeuner est un peu petite, c'est le seul bémol mais le petit-déjeuner servi est tout à fait correct.
J'ai apprécié cet établissement.
