Una dirección interesante, que figura en la guía Michelin de Venecia desde hace 20 años. Este restaurante es a la vez tradicional y un poco caprichoso, un buen lugar donde la historia, el arte y la gastronomía se combinan en un entorno refinado. El personal se dedica a ahondar en los posos de la cocina veneciana para desenterrar algunas recetas sorprendentes. Las cigalas en salsa agridulce con cebolla, almendras y pasas sultanas, por ejemplo, son impresionantes... Al igual que la bodega, que está llena de añadas. Gran selección de vinos por copa y degustación de ostras en el mostrador.

Outdated food, stuffy atmosphere and a waste of time and money. This place is the kind of place your grandpa insists on going because they serve the dishes he ate when he was young. That's not a good thing. I should have left when thwy brought out a pathetic playe of cold tiny bread... The tuna dish was uninspired and lacked depth. The ink noodles were slimy and disgusting. I'm mostly upset I wasted a meal here instead of eating at the neighboring restaurants

The food is outstanding. Complete with complimentary amuse bouche and after-dinner petit fours, this restaurant goes above and beyond. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation, so be sure to reserve a table and have an amazing dining experience. A Venice must. Enjoy.

Totally recommended. In a great city with highly variable quality restaurant food and experience this place just nails it. It is classic high quality european dining. The menu is there to challenge and please as you wish with both traditional venetian and typical modern dishes. (e.g. Beef tongue or duck). Cooking is sophisticated. The service is exceptional. I'd imagine the tasting menu is exceptional but we went a la carte. The decor is warm and feels special. It's a bit expensive but not outrageous or in any way exploitative and worth every cent. You could visit with your partner or friends or family. Plently of options and price points. Special shout out to Stephane the somellier. A true partner to you and the restaurant to enhance your dining experience; give him free rein! I'll be back every time I come back to Venice.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything.
