Nous avons séjourné dans la suite W.La chambre est décorée avec goût, très confortable et possède une grande salle de bain. La chambre donne accès à une cour privative très calme et joliment aménagée. L’accueil de notre hôte (Philipo) a été exemplaire et il a toujours été prompt à nous donner de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner continental est assez copieux et très varié (charcuterie, fromages, légumes, viennoiserie, etc.), peut-être un peu cher (24 € par personne et ce sera mon seul bémol). Dans l’ensemble Avogaria 5 rooms est un endroit à recommander.

Exactement ce que nous cherchions : boutique hôtel, parfaitement situé entre l’activité des lieux touristiques et le calme d’un quartier d’habitation. Entre 2 et 5 minutes d’arrêts de vaporetto, avec des hôtes charmants. Petit déjeuner très quali, chambre très bien entretenue… bref, nous reviendrons.

This is at least the 3rd time that we have stayed a Avogaria and we have never been disappointed. Both the standard and deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. Rooms with a garden are a special treat. The location is great away from the crowds, yet close to a vaporetto stop so you can get anywhere relatively easily. It is a short walk to Campo S. Margherita. Good restaurants are nearby. Francesco, Filippo and Daria are gracious and helpful. We love staying here and would do so again in a heart beat.

Très jolie boutique hôtel, plein de charme, bien situé et au calme. Le service est irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu.

Hotel recommended by a Venetian and I was very happy to follow his advice. I found hotel well located because not in the crowded side of Venezia but not far away from the center. I should come back next year again in Venezia and will definitely stay as the Avogaria

The comfort of a hotel, combined with the personal touch and local advise of an AirBnb.

Everything from the welcome with a cold towel for cooling down and a drink to the checkout went smoothly and always with a welcoming smile at the reception. Our room was incredibly beautiful, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making 'coming home' after a day out always enjoyable.

During our stay, we were always very well assisted through the virtual WhatsApp reception, which greatly helped us in finding the easiest transportation options, advice on local top dining spots, and general questions about our stay.

If we visit Venice again, we will undoubtedly book here again.

A precious solitaire among the small hotels in Venice: delightful and very stylish: "Italian modern design" meets "Venetian style of the centuries". Enchanted and quietly located, close to EVERYTHING that makes the blood beat faster in Venice: Vaporetto, bars & restaurants, small and bigger squares, Academia, Guggenheim, Rialto, even San Marco is no problem on foot. Breakfast served in the room... Lovely presented with an excellent cappuccino.... Top beds, extremely quiet, charming. Helpful and very well oriented and informed hosts - a "I definitely want to stay here at home hotel" - ars vivendi. Best choice ever if you love to live unique with style.

How was I so lucky as to choose this hotel? So easy to arrive by private car: the pick up and drop off point was less than a five minute walk from the hotel entrance and very easy to navigate. Francesco and the entire staff are so kind, friendly, attentive, and truly care about their guests. The use of WhatsApp for a virtual reception, the tranquility and security of the place, the gorgeous furnishings and delicious breakfast... everything surpassed my expectations! I would stay here again, without a doubt. Grazie!!

My wife and I stayed here during our visit and we absolutely loved our stay. Right from the beginning of helping us navigate our way from the train station, to offering a cold towel and prosecco upon arrival, to booking our transportation to the airport when we checked out. The location is wonderful and very peaceful but close enough to walk anywhere you would like. The Breakfast was wonderful, we took it out room and private garden. Additionally, I was dealing with a sprained ankle on the trip and they provided ice and help several times for the smallest little requests like that. They really treated us well and we highly recommend a stay here! We hope to be back!

Cozy hotel with privacy. We got a room with a terrace and we didn´t see any other guests during our stay so that was nice. The owner of the hotel was super sweet, upon our arrival he welcomed us with a drink and hand towels to refresh ourselves. The room was big and it had unique modern interior. There was a shop and a restaurant close by and also the ferrie transport was near. The hotel used whatsup for communication so they send us information there and also when I contacted them they replied right away. I would come back for sure! The only thing I didn´t really like was the price for breakfast, it seemed too expensive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable and inviting, providing a perfect place to rest and unwind. The breakfast selection was not only delicious but also offered a variety of choices to suit different tastes. Sehr nettes Hotel! Klein, gemütlich und in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Venedigs, in Dorsoduro. Der Service war hervorragend! Vor allem die wunderschöne kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

J’ai eu une super expérience à l’AVOGARIA 5 rooms !
L’accueil est très bien, le service est discret et la position idéale pour qui connait bien les quartiers de Venise.
Ma chambre était très calme et tout à fait à mon goût pour ce que je devais y faire. Pas forcément la meilleure chambre, je pense qu’il y en a des encore mieux dans cet établissement.
Je recommande vivement.

I checked out this morning, but I close my eyes and still see the colors of our beautiful room there. The lilac walls and those baroque decorations…everything about this hotel screams beautiful .
This was my first trip to Venice and I wanted it to be flawless. I was about to book just your normal hotel with a big name, until a local friend recommended Avogaria 5 Rooms and I am SO GLAD we went for it.
This is a gorgeous family owned house with the room quality of a 5 stars hotel and the personal attention of a local host. If you get the chance to find a room there, this is the way you should experience Venice! A charming and unique city like this one deserves a charming and unique stay like Avogaria.
Beside the fact that the breakfast itself is fresh and delicious, spending that time with the hosts just added to our happy experience. Filippo and Fransesco are impeccable.
Finally the location of the hotel is great: Dosorduro is less crowded than other districts in Venice, and it’s actually one of the prettiest. Everything was walking distance from the hotel, and the area is full of cute little restaurants and trattorias.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Les hôtes sont très gentils, le breakfast est magnifique , la chambre était très bien préparée et bien décorée. A 5mn d’un arrêt de ferry dans un quartier tranquille et authentique. Nous recommendons.
