Good place to try tapas style Italian food. It's generally very reasonably priced food and drinks except for the seafood. They can get pricy quick but they were very tasty yet simple.

Le repas était parfait des entrées au dessert. Le personnel très accueillant. L'entrée a base de produits de la mer excellent, spaghetti a l'encre de seiche et gnocchis également.
Les desserts : tiramisu et cheese cake mangue une tuerie. A ne pas manquer sur Venise. Prix indiqué pour 2.

che dire ... locale vero a Venezia non " acchiappa turisti" dove si mangia bene si spendere il giusto e in più c'è Caterina, che è veramente un galore aggiunto in sala. Torneremo sicuramente

Buena comida pero algo caro para haber comido de pinchos y un plato combinado de pescado/marisco recalentado en el microondas. Estaba rico al menos.

Zeer gezellig restaurant met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De prijzen zijn degelijk en het eten was super lekker! We hebben bovendien ook helemaal niet lang moeten wachten op ons eten.

Il locale sarebbe anche carino se non fosse per il personale.
Ignorano e trascurano la clientela, chiacchierano della loro vita privata senza accogliere minimamente.
Confusione nelle ordinazioni, di cicchetti c’è ne sono di molto più buoni.

If you don’t want anything too fancy, but still with a charm and a cozy local vibe, come here. Especially if you’re solo! The inside is very small and fills up quickly for dinner —in the off season. (I’d imagine the opposite is true in high season. )

I came in winter for Carnivale with no reservation. I wasn’t in the mood for a fancy dinner but I did want try the local Venetian fare. This was a great comprimise ! I got a carafe of the local wine, some tapas and sat outside. It was so charming sitting there on the narrow cobblestone street.

You can order meals or choose a mix of “tapas” like I did. There is wifi but not the best. The staff is nice and she was happy to explain to me how ordering works. Although, they did seem a bit scattered. The food was fine. Some good, some not so much. Next time I’ll try other things. Overall I was pleased with the value, vibe, and wine.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo posto lo scorso sabato per provare i cicchetti veneziani ma, nonostante il locale caratteristico ci siamo subito scontrate con l’estrema scortesia del personale sia in fase di ordinazione sia successivamente quando, in fila per i servizi, una cameriera ci ha ‘cacciato’ dicendoci di aspettare fuori.

Se si aggiunge il pessimo servizio all’igiene del locale, con piccioni che circolano sui tavoli e il bagno con il pavimento pieno di urina e la porta che non si chiude, diventa inspiegabile come ci sia un punteggio cosi alto nelle recensioni.

cicheti was good. ordered the pasta vongole and gnocchi. the pasta vongole was just a bit too oily for me. wine and food were reasonably priced for a casual dinner in Venice.

Osteria con un'atmosfera retrò. Enoteca con una scelta di vino veramente al minimo sindacale. Una bottiglia di Falanghina (San Gregorio) pagata circa 30 euro (giusto per farvi un'idea sul ricarico). Il cibo non era il massimo. Abbiamo preso una polpettina, due spiedini di olive ascolane, un antipasto di pesce, una zuppa di mare (insapore), un secondo (un'ombrina) abbiamo pagato in due 98,50 euro. Capisco che siamo a Venezia, però c'è qualcosa che non torna. Decisamente troppo per il servizio reso al pubblico. La mia esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. L'unica nota positiva è la gentilezza delle ragazze che ci hanno servito.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The previously excellent reviews are no longer appropriate. It was a terrible meal. The service was inattentive and the food was terrible from start to finish – with stale bread, cold seafood which should have been grilled and tasted tired, claggy pasta (unforgivable in italy) and gritty clams – and the toilets were dirty. Such a shame that its previously good reputation is still available for view, although now truly undeserved. To say we were disappointed doesn't do it justice. Such a marked contrast to excellent, non-touristy food we had elsewhere in Venice this holiday.

We must have done 4 sets of orders! We don’t eat fish so tried everything non fish dish by the counter. Fav are the sandwiches (both carbonara and mortadella are very nice!) beef ball, broccoli and spicy salami ball. Great service as well!
