Si tiene la suerte de asistir a una representación en el Teatro La Fenice, amplíe el placer cenando en uno de los históricos restaurantes de Venecia, donde tanto el servicio como la cocina son intachables. Aquí entramos en una de las direcciones más antiguas de Venecia, la sala de estilo del siglo XVIII y la típica cocina veneciana son una bendición para seguir soñando. La leyenda dice que el fantasma del poeta Gabriele D'Annunzio deambula entre las mesas. ¿Quizás le gustaría probar el risotto de achicoria de Treviso o el tiramisú?

Had a really special birthday dinner here with my husband and loved it. Great food, great service and would recommend it highly if you want a break from the really touristy places.

Food was just ok. Service was stuffy. They turned people away because they didn’t have a reservation even though they had space and then such person can simply make a reservation on the website and return. Was overall disappointed for the price and extra service charges (10% plus 5 per person).

Had high expectations for this restaurant but this was a disappointing, overpriced experience for us. Atmosphere is nice but the staff was frantic and short with us. Risotto could only be ordered for 2 (which is a ridiculous rule!) and the spaghetti carbonara was simple and salty, definitely disappointing compared to how it was described on the menu. I can make it much better myself. The lasagna was quite good but portions were generally small for a high price. When we asked for butter to put on our bread, they would check in the kitchen but it never came. On top of all this, we were charged 10,- for "table setting", 6 euros for a bottle of water (!) and my small bottle of soda was 8,-! (These prices were not shown on the menu.) Worst use of 80,- ever. Pick a gondola ride instead for that money.

Perfect first night in Venice!
Every dish was delicious, so of course we had three (Escargot, Monkfish and Chocolate tart).
The ambience was so lovely and traditional Venetian that we stayed for cocktails which were equally brilliant. Service couldn’t have been better. Would definitely recommend for a fancy evening out!
