El camping da directamente al lago. Muy agradable y tranquilo, está bien equipado, con un bar, un pequeño supermercado, una lavandería.

Abbiamo dormito in tenda in questo campeggio una notte. I bagni, seppur non recenti, sono puliti, ma manca la carta igienica. Di notte la zona del campeggio è molto illuminata ma comunque tranquilla.

Der Campingplatz liegt gut gelegen und bietet schattige Plätze.
Was mir nicht gut gefallen hat, der Campingplatz ist lieblos, veraltet die Sanierten Anlagen sind alt und wir haben diese nicht benutzt sowie auch das Duschen haben vermieden und alles Wohnmobil erledigt. Der Preis von 27 € pro Tag für 2 Pers. und 1 Hund mit Wohnmobil ohne Strom ist aus meiner Sicht zu teuer. Für Duschen muss man außerdem extra bezahlen. Also, dass Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.
Die Anfahrt mit dem Wohnmobil unser hat 7 m Länge schwierig weil alles sehr eng. Wir haben nur 1 Tag / Nacht verbracht.

Dieser kleine Campingplatz ist direkt an der Strandpromenade in Menaggio. Leider auch an einer kleinen Boot-Tankstelle, die hell erleuchtet ist. So ist es leider auch nachts rechts hell hier.

Die sanitären Bereiche sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht allzu gut. Warmes Wasser gab es trotz der gekauften Coins nicht. (1€ für 5 Minuten wären okay, wenn es denn wenigstens warm gewesen wäre).

Wir kamen sehr spät (nach 20:00 Uhr) und konnten ohne Reservierung trotzdem noch bleiben. Das war sehr positiv.

Für eine Nacht kann man hier gut schlafen. Länger hätten wir nicht bleiben wollen.

We were a group of 9 people and spent 9 days over spring vacation at camping europa menaggio. we were welcomed hospitably by roberto, who was very generous to us and supported us throughout our vacation. the campsite had a wonderful location with good access to the lake, also menaggio was a very idyllic city with lots of good food and a supermarket that was only a few steps away from the campsite. regarding the volume and the toilets we had no problems, everything was cleaned and repaired regularly. we thank him for this beautiful stay and hope to return soon.

Le 9 octobre 2023, ce camping est annoncé ouvert sur le site internet. A cette époque c'est rare donc nous y sommes allés. Surprise surprise, le Monsieur de l'accueil nous dit en souriant qu'il est fermé. Nous lui disons notre mécontentement et il sourit de nouveau en disant allez plus loin il y en a d'ouvert à 10 km plus au nord.... Nous comprenons que ce soit fermé mais au minimum de respect pour la clientèle touristique qui le fait vivre, ayant un site internet il pourrait signaler sa fermeture. Quelle époque infernale!
