This was the best hotel experience I have ever have. From getting there, getting help throughout our stay, and leaving, the team was always kind and supportive. They helped us with restaurant reservations, calling taxi’s, giving us things we needed, everything. They had excellent english and helped with literally everything with no hesitation. The hotel itself was also absolutely beautiful, it was almost like a museum. We were also kindly upgraded to full lake view and it was absolutely magical. The restaurant is beautiful as well and has excellent service and food itself as well. It was hard to leave, and would 100% recommend it on another trip to Stresa, Italy!

Our experience as first time visitors to Stresa was amazing. Our room was upgraded upon our arrival to a stunning suite, the best I have ever stayed in. The staff was exceptional, I cannot say enough good things about them. The front desk staff was very friendly, always had a smile, and were very helpful with whatever we needed. My wife became ill one day, and we had a doctor perform a house call the same day, and I was given a shuttle to Stresa to the pharmacy! Both restaurant staff and all the valets were excellent as well, again so friendly and nice.The rooms are absolutely stunning, with beautiful accommodations and timeless design (and very clean of course!). The view of Lago Maggiore is breathtaking. This was the best vacation I have ever taken, and my wife and I have already decided to make a return trip in the future. Again, I would like the whole staff to know that they did an incredible job.
