Una especialidad son los deliciosos crepes dulces. Las habitaciones clásicas son funcionales y confortables, con suelo de parqué.

It is perfectly located just around the corner from the Waldensian Museum / Complex, and right at the base of so much Valdese history -10 minute drive or 2 hour walk from more history than I was able to explore in an entire week.
Matteo helped find me an electric bike to rent which I had not been able to find online. The Matriarch had cappuccino, juice, and croissant waiting far earlier than any other food option in Torre Pellice. The restaurant was busy each night with what was obviously more than the hotel patrons -a very good sign.
Everything I needed from a central lodging for my limited time in Italy was here, and better than it's price would lead me to expect.
All in all, I did not miss even a little bit a name brand hotel and every day I appreciated that I knew I was returning to a clean and comfortable retreat from a rich full day in Piedmont.
