Dead cockroaches under the bed .. after a few days the rooms starts to smell like a sewer .. the staffs are rude & not helpful .. even if you guys were giving me a free night I wouldn’t stay here

The rooms are great if a bit dated, the views are awesome as well. The check in time was very very slow (it took us and hour and forty five minutes to check in). They overbooked and while we wer checking in they had told us that we might have to switch rooms on the last night which caused a little bit of anxiety as there was no communication if we were going to have to change rooms or not.

We couldn’t get beach towels before 9am which was useless for us as we are up and out of the hotel early in the morning. The days we weren’t up early and were able to be at the resort to get beach towels none were available for us to exchange our towels from day one so we had to use the same beach towels all week long.

The housekeeping doesn’t come everyday like other resorts which we found odd, even in low season.

So all in all the resort is nice, but not good for people that like to explore. It is more for people that like to stay on their resorts for the day. It’s also very hilly and requires a lot of walking to get anywhere on the resort so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

5 star location, resort, staff, restaurants, marina and more on site.

Staff is AMAZING really enjoyed myself. The waitstaff for breakfast was slow especially bringing coffee and water but the food was good. The bartender serving at the pool is the BEST, super friendly and nice. I can't remember her name but it begins with a M. I will definitely be back

Our stay in the villas was fantastic. The staff were great.

The rooms are slighty dated and surface level clean, but spacious and decently maintained. The beach bar has decent but limited food and the chair staff are helpful with setup, but you will get faster food and drinks walking to bar than waiting for service. The beds are firm for those that prefer but if not I suggest using blankets if you are a side sleeper and need more cushion.

Definitely a great stay for family and couple looking for a spacious stay, with beach access, and walkable to local restaurants and bars.
