There's something genuine and comforting about the hospitality at SAMA hotels, and the one at Al Jinz is no exception. Good food, clean beds and bathrooms, and a wholesome feel to the architecture and atmosphere. We stayed there after some exceptionally rain, leading to extended power cuts, but they coped very well and were able to prepare dinner in these circumstances (power then resumed). Furthermore, one of our party left some valuables behind, and the hotel staff alerted them and did the needful. Exceptional service.

Horrible expirence will never advise anyone specifically with kids to ever go here . By mistake I booked 2 night only by checking the name they called it resort and spa which a big big lie . They mentioned somewhere no WiFi and pool which I skipped overlooked ???? my bad luck ????
I reached there after driving fir more than 8 hours and reached to a deserted place with only 1 man at reception and 2 people at so.called dining area. Anyways the moment I arrived I asked the dreaded question of WiFi and was told we don't have we have mentioned in our details. Anyways we chkd in since we paid 1400 dhs per night being holidays season .
The bigger rooms are still better the standard cottage was horrible small . The TV there dsnt work. There is absolutely no activity in the end of the desert.
Except for the movie in the open desert.
Also PLS NOTE . They say they have a beach nearby with turtles it's a hoax a lie . That place is 10km from the place and the 2 turtles are sedated not a beach it's an industrial area when ur driving towards this hotel ull see with 200 people.in queu to watch those 2 poor turtles and the fee is 80dhs per person Not worth it .
For breakfast there was noodles ???? can u imagine 5star resort and spa serving noodles . There was beef which was undercooked not desi type good for people who like it not well cooked and there was dal chawal .
Anyways 2nd day we managed to make it to breakfast which was bit decent which fresh eggs option .
At 9 we started requesting the management to refund our 1 day fee or atleaset 50% . A lady rude as he'll made me beg and cry then another management at 10.15 made me do the same finally I left the money and left the disasters

Wasted 8 hours to drive from dubai and paid double for wid stay almost 1400 per night. The deluxe villa is still fine but standard is v small and not comfortable. NOTHING WORKS THERE . NO WIFI. NO TV . SO IF UR PLANNING TO GO WITH KIFS BIG BIG NO. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY . We booked for 2 days and reached there and realised v bad place requested the management to refund 1 day they made me cry and beg over the phone after 2 hours they told me ok we will cancel your book and if any other booking comes we will refund your money but they lied . Never gave a penny back . I dinteven ask for full refund I said give me 50% . At night after 9 ots ghost place no body at reception no oround just darkness . Very horrible place to go and stay

The worst experience of staying i ever had , i will never recomend any one to stay there , there Manager Suhair Abdullah and there reservation staff lady both were uncooperative, rude, stubborn.
I requested them to cancel my 1 day booking out of 2 days booked reservation , they dint help nor refund they literally made my wife cry amd beg for our own money back , but they so rudely spoke to us and dint help, such behaviour in hospitality buisness is unacceptable.

Amazing place! The rooms are beautiful and food is good (with veg options available). The place is 5 minutes drive from the turtle reserve. No wifi in the place but give you time to disconnect and chat in the restaurant area :)

Fantastische bungalows op een mooi resort, super dichtbij Turtle Beach

Schöne Hütten mit sehr viel Platz und gemütlicher Ausstattung.
Das Abendessen ist lecker und ausreichend, das Frühstück ebenfalls. Etwas irritiert hat mich der Aufpreis für den Espresso, in Anbetracht des Übernachtungspreis.
Die nächtliche Tour zum Strand haben wir ausgelassen - daher kein Urteil dazu.

Für zu Fuß, zu weit ab vom Schuss. Bis zum Schildkrötenstrand sind es ca. 5 km. Die Hütten sind klein, aber okay. Allerdings in der einfachen Klasse kein Wasserkocher, kein Kühlschrank und generell kein Wlan. Dafür TV mit iranischem, irakischem, palästinensischem Fernsehen. Wem's gefällt. Das Abendbüffet war gut, für die Ureuropäer auch Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce und irgendwas. Das Kichererbsenmasala ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Naja…. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist nicht besonders gut. Problem ist nur das wenn man sich die Schildkröten anschauen will, es das beste Hotel in der Gegend ist. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind gut. Die Auswahl ausreichend. Einzig die Getränkauswahl fällt zu gering aus. Weswegen man kleine Softdrink-Dosen bekommt ist mir unklar. Auch muss man abends für Café-Produkte bezahlen was hinsichtlich des Preises insgesamt meiner Meinung nach unverschämt ist. Wenn die Schildkröten hier nicht wären würde ich nicht kommen. Die Zimmer sind akzeptabel, mehr auch nicht. Sie sehen gut aus, könnten aber besser eingerichtet sein

Struttura fantastica, che ricorda un pò i lodge africani da Safari di lusso. Dimensioni contenute e tranquillità assicurata.
La camera (deluxe) era enorme (anche troppo) ed il bagno idem (bella la vasca con doccia). Tutti i materiali, ecosostenibili, sono perfettamente integrati, tra le pietre del bagno, i rami di palma, il legno di pavimento e pareti, gli inserti lavorati, fino all'illuminazione eccellente e d'effetto.
Carina la presenza di un "cinema all'aperto" con maxischermo.
Cena e colazione comprese nel prezzo: cena tipica con prodotti molto buoni, anche se non eccessivamente varia. Discorso simile per la colazione, dove mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più.
Carina la zona dove si mangia, all'aperto con tavolini carini e una bella pace.
Staff molto gentile, in particolare un ragazzo indiano veramente molto molto carino.
Posizione ottima per andare a vedere la riserva di Ras Al Jinz (5 minuti di macchina).
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente!
Se ci fosse anche una piscina probabilmente ci tornerei per più giorni e non solo come base d'appoggio per la visita alla riserva delle tartarughe.
L'unico appunto è per la colazione un pochino sottotono rispetto a tutto il resto, ma solo se vogliamo trovare un difetto che in realtà non lo è nemmeno.

Schlechte Verpflegung. Lage im Nichts.

Superior house sehr groß, sauber, originell eingerichtet. Auch die kleinen Hütten sehr einfach aber originell und mit bequemem sauberen Bett, Dusche und WC, Klima und Mini-Kühlschrank.
Freiluftrestaurant mit Bufett zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Alles da, gern wieder. Unsere großen Kinder erzählen noch heute von diesem besonderen Erlebnis.
