Wir waren mit zwei anderen die Einzigen beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Wenn man frisch zubereitete Speisen möchte die nicht am Buffet sind, muss man viel zu lange warten (> 15 min.). Dann nimmt man seine Bestellung lieber zurück. Wir haben nach einem weicheren Kissen gefragt. Leider konnte uns um 19 Uhr keiner der Rezeption helfen. Wir sollen doch auf morgen warten. Eine schlechte Nacht macht bei drei Nächten aber viel aus. Auf unserer Etage haben wir dann die Tür vom Bettwäscheraum offen vorgefunden so dass wir uns das Kissen dann selber geholt haben. Auf dem Zimmer waren auch keine Bademäntel und Schlappen, die Bademäntel haben wir dann auch gleich mitgenommen. Die Lage an sich ist gut. Vor dem Hotel und um das Hotel herum war aber eine riesige Baustelle. Die gesamte Straße ist aufgerissen und das Hotel nur über die Baustelle zugänglich. Das wirkt sehr wenig einladend und mit Blick auf die nicht vorhandenen Arbeiter wird das wohl noch lange so bleiben. Außerdem hätte man das ruhig mal in der Beschreibung erwähnen können, dann würden wir ein anderes Hotel nehmen anstatt vor einer Baustelle zu schlafen. Die Raumgrößen sind in Ordnung und die Lobby ist schön. Die Getränke aufs Haus sind sehr einladend.
El hotel es un palacete muy bonito y las habitaciones están muy bien y el baño también, la atención del personal correcta y el desayuno lo mejor del hotel.
Cuando llegamos de noche nos asustamos al ver el estado de la calle y la verdad es que no me gustó no estuviera informado en su web para poder decidir si era importante o no.
A la mañana siguiente hablé con él director del hotel y no puedo nada más que agradecerle su disposición en solucionar lo que se escapa a su gestión.
Nos ofreció cambiar de hotel o upgrade.

Shoutout to Roland at the front desk, he is probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered and I travel all over the world constantly. He should be the manager he’s phenomenal.
Fred Nespresso pods for the rooms and the water/tea in lobby is great. This isn’t a 5 star hotel but parts of it that could be. The spa area downstairs with the 24 hour sauna (hottest one I’ve been in) is amazing. Quiet and relaxing, and very little use. Like a private area.
Overall would stay here in a heartbeat again. For the value $ I don’t think you can beat this place and it’s got very comfy beds as well.

Hablas con el director Sr. Montoro y comenta que es normal . No ofrece ninguna compensación, sólo un posible descuento en el la próxima estancia. Así tratan a un cliente repetitivo de la cadena. Y el ruido que provoca las obras son ruidos típicos de la ciudad. Debajo de tu habitación desde las 9 de la mañana. Os aconsejo no reservar en el hotel como mínimo en 2 meses.

Al lado del museo Nacional, Mercado etc.

In the end, we managed to get another room, which was slightly better.
The breakfast is so cheap and very poor food quality, but very pricey for what they offer.
Overall, I would say the hotel doesn’t have the rooms, breakfast and staff services of a 4 stars hotel.
I wouldn’t go back again.

L'emplacement est idéal dans de petites ruelles pas si éloignées que cela du centre. Le personnel est lui aussi très agréable.
