Liked · The location is the best in Budapest. It's close to all main public transportation systems. The decoration is amazing, special and unique. It's a hostel that makes you feel a guest at someone's house. It's an experience I've never had. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that you can use at anytime. The receptionist was very kind and informative.

Disliked · I didn't like that the toilet was outside my room, but it's just a detail that did not bother us at all. The whole environment of the hostel makes it worth it!

Great hostel to stay in and very friendly staff especially Anita. Very cosy and unique rooms. Everything is very clean.

Only issue is that reception is in the top floor so you need to have strong muscles to carry your luggage by stairs. Helped us burn calories so no complaints.

Entrance might be confusing for first time travelers but get really close to the door and dial the hostel number

The hostel has a unique and really nice and cosy vibe. Location is central and literally across the street from the bus stops to and from the airport.

Perfect! It's a little spot in the city center, hidden off the street with cool decoration and a vintage vibe to the place. The staff is super friendly, ready to help, the room was amazing, with a loft bed and my parter and I had more than enough space even though we're both taller. It's very bohemian and whimystical. Top choice, best little find this summer!

The hosts are lovely! The decor of each room is unique and has character! The room we had faced the main street and surprisingly not noisy! Plenty of space for up to 6 medium sized adults! Well thought out with the power sockets extensions placements! Our room had the ensuite. There's a communal gathering area by reception, with fridges and kitchen. Partner has the photos on her phone (out of memory on mine). Your journey begins downstairs.

A great hostel! We stayed in a private room with shared bathrooms which was very comfortable. We never had to wait for the bathroom or shower, either. The front desk staff were kind and helpful with recommendations if you were looking for them. And the room was clean and comfortable and funky with all the interesting drawings.
The building was also cool and felt very safe, with many locked doors in between us and the street, though there were many flights of stairs up to the room.
We didn’t spend much time in the common space but that was also a cool area. Wifi was a bit slow in our room since we were further away from the common area, but it worked great closer by.
The only downside to the hostel was that our room was on a loud street- not a big deal since we are both deep sleepers but lighter sleepers would do well with earplugs.
A great stay though, and we’d recommend it!

Very nice hostel. We got the private room. The bathroom should be renovated but I liked the room very much.

האכסניה נבחרה על ידי בתי חובבת האומנות, במיוחד בגלל האווירה והציורים על הקירות בחדרים, וגם בגלל שלא רצינו מלון עם ארוחת בוקר, כדי לחוות את בודפשט כמה שיותר בחוץ. ואכן, לא התאכזבנו. האכסניה עמדה בציפיות ואף יותר מכך.
זו אכסניה עם חדרי לינה, מטבח ושירותים משותפים, ויש מספר יחידות של דירות עם שירותים ומטבח פרטיים. שרותי הלינה הם ללא ארוחת בוקר, כפי שנהוג ברוב האכסניות.
הבניין ישן, עם גרמי מדרגות מתעקלים ורחבים, חדר המדרגות, לאורך כל הקומות, מצוייר ומעוטר, מעקות ברזל מסוגננים ונוריות תאורה דולקות בלילה לאווירה. פסלונים ופרחים פזורים פה ושם. כייף לעלות לדירה.
אנחנו לקחנו יחידת דיור עם מטבח ושירותים פרטיים. קיבלנו דירה מתוקה, גדולה ונוחה, שפונה לחצר (ביקשנו במיוחד כדי שלא יהיה רעש מהכביש בלילה). הדירה מושלמת! יפייפיה, מעוטרת בכל חדר, כולל המטבח והשירותים בציורים מתוקים סוריאליסטים שובי לב, מרוהטת במלואה, ספה, מיטה זוגית, גלריה עם מזנון, מטבח מאובזר, תנור, כיריים מיני מקרר. הדירה מרוהטת כיאה לבניין הישן, בסגנון וינטאג עתיק, שידות בגדים, שידה עם ספרים, שולחן אוכל, מריהוט עץ מלא בסיגנון של פעם. המצעים צבעוניים ומתוקים, משתלבים יפה עם הצבעוניות העדינה של החדר, נברשות עתיקות עומדות על הרצפה, ונקודות אור על הקירות (ספוטים) אם רוצים אור רך ורומנטי. החלונות הגדולים והיפים (חלונות ישנים כפולים מלאי סטייל למניעת רעש) צופים לחצר הפנימית ולכל הקומות של הדיירים האחרים, למעקות המסוגננים ולנוריות הצבעוניות שדולקות עליהם בלילה. אנחנו היינו 2 אנשים, אך בקלות הדירה תתאים למשפחה זוג עם ילדים, או לקבוצת חברים.
היתה לנו שהות מענגת של 6 ימים בדירת הקסם הזאת בבודפשט. שמחנו להתעורר בה כל בוקר ולחזור אליה לאחר סוף יום ארוך של טיולים.האכסניה ממוקמת מרחק הליכה קצר ממרכז העיר וממול יש קווי תחבורה בשפע לכל מקום בעיר.
קו e100 משדה התעופה, הוריד אותנו ממש מול האכסניה.
סופרמרקט, חנויות, בתי קפה ומסעדות פזורים לכל אורך הרחוב. המוזאון הלאומי ההונגרי, נמצא מול האכסניה.
הבעיה היחידה שאין מעלית בבניין הישן וצריך לעלות ברגל עד הדירה ועוד למעלה עד לצ'ק אין עם המזוודות.
לדירה מעט חסרונות קלים, שלא פגעו לנו בחוויה- הרצפה מעט חורקת בכניסה, בין חדר השרותים לחדר השינה.
דוד המים החיצוני שתלוי במקלחת מרעיש כשהוא מרתיח את המים, ובלילה זה מפריע, כדאי לסגור את דלתות חדר השינה.
חוץ מזה, נהנינו מאוד מהשהות בדירה, התנאים מפנקים, המים תמיד רותחים במקלחת, יש חימום קבוע, רדיאטור צמוד לכל קיר שפעל מצוין, ומגבות שמסופקות עם הכניסה לדירה.
הצוות נחמד, ידידותי ומוכן לעזור בכל שאלה. לא נזקקנו לאורך כל השהות לצוות. הכל פעל מושלם!
מחיר ללילה-זול!
אנחנו נרשמנו דרך בוקינג, בקלות ובהליך יעיל ושקוף לכל אורך הרישום ועד סוף השהייה.
מומלץ בחום למטיילים שלא חייבים בית מלון עם ארוחת בוקר ומחפשים משהו קצת אחר ושונה.

First time you step on the apartment, you can think it s not good but if you be patient and reach the hostel you will like this cozy place. Dont compare it to other places but the hostels, it has warm ambience, colorful walls, polite people inside. They are well prepared and give us a paper all we need to know. ( restaurant and cafe advices included) you can prepare coffee for free:) and for me the most important thing is cleaning. Everything was clean. The location is perfect and it was really cheap. Just enjoy it. Thank you all lavender staff????

Perfect location, easy access in a gorgeous building, and you could walk literally anywhere from the hostel. We got a private room for 3 nights, it was small and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when back in Budapest.

Great location, apartments and service. WIFI was intermittent, so if you need it for work etc, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Such an unique and special place to stay in Budapest. We had a pleasant stay there and I would definitely come back there the next time.
