La casa Gerbeaud ha creado un pequeño: Onyx, uno de los mejores establecimientos de la ciudad para entregarse a los placeres de la nueva cocina húngara. No es de extrañar que Onyx recibiera una estrella Michelin en 2011. También se trata de una estrella verde, que distingue a los restaurantes que no solo son de gran calidad, sino también respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Aquí se sirve cocina húngara con un toque, donde cada elemento se añade finamente al plato final. Ambiente elegante pero relajado. Servicio de alta calidad.

Beautiful evening at Onyx restaurant. We were consuming the “ WAS, IS” menu, where the food took us through different eras.

I had an extraordinary experience at Onyx Muhely – a culinary journey seamlessly spanning the past, present, and future. The meticulously crafted dishes were not only sublime but also thoughtfully curated. Despite being in an experimental phase, their expertise shone through. Sharing this gastronomic adventure with 18 fellow travelers made it even more special. I'm eagerly anticipating the opening of their new restaurant; Onyx Muhely is truly a culinary haven.
