Un lugar algo aislado que ofrece estudios o pisos más grandes, bien mantenidos y equipados.
Sólo cuando tienes un coche, porque el lugar está un poco aislado (diez minutos de Heraklion, cuarenta de Chania). Disfruta de la tranquilidad de este lugar, con su jardín y su piscina, en la bahía de Gerani. Hay estudios o apartamentos más grandes, bien mantenidos y equipados. Esto es ideal para las familias que no quieren gastar mucho dinero en alojamiento en un centro turístico. En los alrededores hay todo lo necesario: supermercados, tabernas, playas... El personal es muy atento y la bienvenida es familiar. Una elección tranquila y relativamente económica.

- Matress is extremely hard, metal springs covered by thin fabric.
- Sudden changes in water pressure and temperature. Goes from very hot to cold and vice versa in seconds. Can stay cold for 5 minutes when neighbor uses shower, very frustrating.
- Shower curtain not long enough, water goes everywhere.
- Very old and loud on/off style air conditioning. Host turns it off during the day, room heats up a lot (no thermal insulation on the roof). I asked the cleaning lady and they promised they leave it on 28C, but they turned it off anyway.
- Very old cabinet for the clothes, not painted or laminated inside, strong unpleasant old smell. No shelves, only hangers.
- Very noisy fridge (45dB, that's the only usual thing in this price range)
- No fabric patch on the chair legs, it's very loud when the neighbor drags it on the floor (at night..)
- The curtain does not properly block the light, it should be much wider, and closer to the windows. It gets bright early in the morning in the room.
- Old single layer window on the bathroom, old bathroom door, you can hear the neighbors talking on the terrace at night. (if it's your terrace then you'll smell the neighbor's toilet....)
- The room is cleaned every day, however dirty towel placed on the floor was picked up and folded back on top of clean ones.
- Amenities not replaced (shampoo)
- When I complained and wanted to leave they said I can, but they will keep the full amount... What a service...
+ Apart from the squeeky noises the soundroofing between the rooms is fine, you cannot hear the neighbors talking.
+ Garden is beautiful, very well maintained, pool is also good, parking possible within the property.
