Perfect location and spotlessly clean room! We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we had more! The beach right outside of the hotel is just amazing. The water is crystal clear and so calm. The property is within walking distance of everything. The room (studio) was absolutely great and much bigger than we expected… truly it was like a one bedroom. We had a balcony that overlooked the beach and the main strip which allowed us to watch the sunsets and see all the bustling life! Noise wasn’t an issue for us. The AC was cool and powerful even in the 95+ heat. The property had an elevator to help get your luggage up to your room. 100% would recommend!!

GREAT hotel to stay during your time in AG Nikolaus! The sweet lady in the front desk was very informative in every question we had. It located near great eatery places and a few minutes walk from a scooter/ATV rental.

Ένα μικρό ξενοδοχείο με την επιμέλεια της Κας Πόπη Δερμιτζακη πάνω στο κύμα της θάλασσας με απίστευτη θέα με πεντακάθαρα διχωρα δωμάτια με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένεια με ποιότητα στο πρωινό θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλες τις ηλικίες για να περάσουν τις ημέρες τους στον Άγιο Νικόλαο Κρήτης όμορφα και με τιμές λογικότατες. Η δική μου επιλογή για τον Άγιο Νικόλαο είναι Palazzo από εδώ και στο εξής. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την άψογη διαμονή μας την Κα Πόπη Δερμιτζακη

Ένα μικρό οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο στο πιο όμορφο σημείο της πόλης του Αγίου Νικολαου.
Καθημερινή επιμέλεια και καθαριότητα του δωματίου, ησυχία κ υψηλής ποιότητας έπιπλα, κλινοσκεπάσματα, στρώμα και υλικά μπάνιου. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Great location overlooking the sheltered beach and distant mountains and centrally located in easy walking distance of all the main town attractions. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed apartment with a convenient layout including a good size balcony overlooking the beach. Family operated with prompt and helpful service with excellent English.
