My partner and I stayed at the Conrad in late May into June of 2023 and we actually extended our stay because of how much we enjoyed it. The hotel itself is incredible with the charm and feel of being Sardinian. The rooms are spacious enough and we were lucky enough to have a private garden space which added a nice outdoor space that was private enough surrounded by hedges.

The amenities are great, shuttles to and from the beach are incredible and you have options of which beach you’d like to go to. We had some varied weather, but on a bad day a trip to the spa was a great way to relax. The dinner options were a bit limited, but it is to be expected when you’re in such a remote and wild countryside.

The staff were nothing short of incredible and attentive, making it feel like a true experience. Live music was a treat as you finished dinner and had a drink as well. Breakfast was very very good, with a fine assortment of traditional and more international staples.

Only real cons were that it is an entire collection of hotels,and guests, so there were other loud activities (a kids show that would happen nightly at 7:00pm) going on around but it didn’t detract too much.

We will be back to Sardinia and the Conrad.

From the moment we arrived at Conrad Chia Laguna, we were enveloped in a sense of beauty and tranquillity. The resort is nestled among lush greenery, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The location was truly breathtaking, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind which is exactly what we were looking for.

We were upgraded to the King Junior Suite with views of the Lagoon and it was paradise! The suite is beautifully rustic, spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There also needs to be an honourable mention for the luxurious bathrooms.

We booked the half board package which gave us daily breakfast and 4 course dinner. In short, its worth adding to your package because it's great value and there aren't many restaurant options in the area.

The breakfast buffet at Conrad Chia Laguna is simply amazing. There is a wide variety of options to choose from, all of which are fresh and delicious. The staff is very attentive and will make sure that you have everything you need.

For dinner, we highly recommend The Terrazzo restaurant. The food is absolutely incredible, and the service is impeccable. The views from the restaurant are also stunning. You'll also not be disappointed with the daily menu - The chef simply did.not.miss!

The staff at Conrad Chia Laguna were truly exceptional. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurants were all attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. They make you feel like you are their most important guest.

Overall, our stay at Conrad Chia Laguna was absolutely amazing. The resort is beautiful, the staff are incredible and the food was delicious.

We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable escape. We'd definitely return in a heartbeat!

PS. The resort has access to two private beaches, which are both pristine and secluded. There's a complimentary shuttle service that runs every 10 minutes that will take you to either one. Which i thought was a nice touch!

Top notch customer service. One of the finest Hilton's I've ever been to. If you are looking for a beautiful modern resort in Sardinia this place is a must. The hotel is nestled among a nature reserve with flamingos and two beaches. Nicola from the main bar gave excellent advice on places I can take photos. He was very kind and hospitable. The staff were attentive and professional.

Stayed on our honeymoon in August and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredible and really went above and beyond to make our stay one of the most romantic and memorable times of our lives. We were upgraded to a junior suite with an amazing view of the lagoon and beaches. There was champagne and chocolates waiting in our room on arrival. The restaurants were great and the property had shuttles to the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. Beach chairs were available with towels and waitstaff to bring drinks and food. We spent most of our days at the beach and snorkeling. What really stood out to me was the friendliness and care of the staff at this resort. If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. They do an exceptional job.

we stayed in a room with a private garden, the garden was not private and a little meager. the room showed some signs of wear and tear even though it was updated only two years ago. we completed the survey before arrival and asked for a bottle of wine to be in our room upon arrival, unfortunately there was not any. the main pool in the hotel is stunning, and the shuttles to and from the beautiful beaches are also a great bonus. the breakfast is below average for a 5 star hotel, but the staff is friendly and helpful. the staff truly tried to make our stay extraordinary. our benefits for being a Hilton diamond member we not really shared with us upon check in, which included free usage of the spa every day for 2 hours, which was nice but I would not pay for it. If there were additional benefits, I still don't know. I would consider staying again but not in the oasis area, the seclusion was nice but to me there was really no benefit and it was just farther away from everything. I thought a lot about how to review this hotel as to me the idea was always there but often the execution fell short, after staying in many Hiltons and even some Conrads I unfortunately don't think the execution is where it should be.

I've never written a review before, but the staff and hotel were so exceptional that I felt it necessary. Miriam, Marco, and the rest of the staff that we came in contact with went above and beyond to cater to myself and my husband. They were so friendly and made our stay so comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and we can't wait to go back. This is a must-visit resort !

Meravigliosa ed ampia struttura ricettiva, dotata di ogni comfort che si possa desiderare, è davvero una location che merita il soggiorno. Son stato in una suite comodissima, pulita, con veranda vista costa, silenziosa e spaziosa. Il bagno ampio, con doccia e vasca, con spugne morbidissime e profumate. Ogni piccolo dettaglio è curato con attenzione e cura. Colazioni super mi attendevano la mattina, per non far mancare nessuna coccola. Il personale, professionale ed amorevole, è sempre pronto a soddisfare le varie esigenze della clientela, con sorriso ed efficacia.

I had high hopes for this place. The best thing it had going for it was the designated beach for hotel guests. We appreciated the upgrade but the rooms were dated and had ants. We were accommodated to a room one floor above and had the same issue. Very uncomfortable to wake up and have a few ants crawling on the bed with you. The breakfast was meh, not the best selection and not well executed. The service at breakfast was also mediocre at best. Overall it seemed like employees were burnt out which is understandable being towards the end of the season, but at least put some effort in when guests are paying over $500 a night. I will say that reception was very friendly.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza al Conrad. Personale gentilissimo, posizione ideale, spiaggie bellissime raggiungibile in pochi minuti grazie alla navetta gratuita dell'albergo.

Un motivo c'è di sicuro in mezzo a tanti motivi: vogliamo dire che la struttura è fantastica, vogliamo dire che il mare è multicolore e cristallino, vogliamo dire che ci sono anche spiagge bianche da esplorare, vogliamo dire che sei coccolata dalla mattina fino a sera in tutto anche nell'attenzione di problematiche alimentari, potrei dire altro e ancora altro come sempre ( i ristoranti, i bar, le piscine, la Spa, il centro fitness...ma c'è un ma....cioè ma il vero motivo il vero motore che mi fa sempre tornare sono loro: Stefano al Conrad, Davide alla piscina top BIOAQUAM, Davide al ristornate "La Terrazza" e Nicola e Federica (quest'anno bentornata) alla spiaggia "Le Dune" del Conrad. Sono proprio loro che fanno partire la vacanza. Lo ribadisco un'altra volta "squadra che vince non si cambia".

We spent two nights here and it was really excellent. It is on a multi hotel resort and you have access to many restaurants in walking distance.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare con la mia famiglia in questo splendido resort. Ho adorato tutto…. Dal servizio navetta che accompagna gli ospiti del Conrad alle spiagge di riferimento (Montecogoni e Le dune), i ragazzi alla guida super disponibili …. Ho adorato la qualità della cucina e del servizio del ristorante La Terrazza, nonché della splendida vista sulla baia di Chia…. Le ragazze alla reception sono meravigliose, Elena ed Eleonora, hanno assecondato e curato tutte le nostre richieste…. Il room division Manager Stefano Floris, una persona squisita e all’altezza del ruolo che copre…. L’animazione serale con i ragazzi di Samarcanda, una delizia per gli occhi degli ospiti… ogni sera uno spettacolo mozzafiato….. per la prima volta siamo rimasti soddisfatti tutti…. Una vacanza che porterò nel cuore per sempre…. Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci…. Il vero Lusso di questo resort è che ti rimane impresso nell’anima ????????Grazie di cuore ❤️
